Same as the Hellfire Doomed sauce, very spicy, very good for adding a kick to foods
As far as I can tell this is the same as the Hellfire Doomed sauce, so I've copy and pasted my review for it here. After being tired of adding a bunch of sauces and peppers to foods and having the spice be inconsistent at best, I decided to get this, and it's really good. It only takes a few drops to add a nice kick to food. How much really depends on your tolerance and how much you're making. I wouldn't go past 15 drops for a large sauce pan. For something less saucy like macaroni, I take 3-5 drops and mix it with a bit of milk in a cup, then dump it into the macaroni and mix it in with some added heat to cook off the added liquid. I wouldn't try adding this directly to less saucy or more solid foods, at least on it's own. It needs to be spread out. In such little quantities, it doesn't add any noticeable taste to food that I can tell. I'm a bit too wimpy to try it on it's own. It comes in a decent glass bottle, it's survived a few drops outside of the fridge, although the lid got cracked, but it's still keeping fine. For the price I was a bit unsure about the size, since $20 sounds a bit much for 5 oz, but it's lasted me this far, and likely longer. It's kept fine for all this time, not sure anything would want to grow in this spice. Although I did end up losing this bottle for a bit and got the Hellboy branded sauce variant before I ended up finding this again. If I had only just this one bottle, it would probably be empty by now, but that's still a very long time that it's lasted. Also as far as I can tell, the Hellboy branded variant is the same as this sauce, so it doesn't really matter which one you get, both are good. TL;DR If you want to easily add spice to food without using most of a bottle or a bunch of peppers, get this. A few drops can give your food a nice kick.

Hot and flavorful
Made chili for work but kept getting told it's not hot enough. Diced up 10-15 habaneros in the next batch. "The flavor is there but there's no spice." So I went to a hot sauce place in my home town. "Give me the hottest one you have. The kind of hot sauce you sign a waver for." He handed me this. I now label a separate chili and the hot sauce with a skull and crossbones. "Do not try. This will ruin your day." The immediate regret on co-workers faces when they realize that they got exactly what they asked for is funny every time.

Spicy AF
Spicy AF. I've tried a lot of hot sauces. This ranks up there with Da Bomb but tastes better. This is a hot sauce for true hot sauce addicts.

Great Sauce, heat, flavor, and consistency!
Thia sauce is for real. I can palate it, but I had one friend try it and he got sick. Not for the faint of heart. Beyond the heat, the flavor is great. To use as much extract as they do, and still have it palatable is pretty amazing. Great with chili and soups. It adds heat, but doesn't pile on extra flavor so much, because you dont need as much. Definitely gonna keep a bottle of this around for seasoning purposes mainly. *CAUTION* Wash hands thoroughly I directly exposed to sauce, especially before itching eyes..........I found out the hard way.

This correclty bills itself as an extremely hot condiment
So as hot sauces go, this is probably the hottest hot sauce you'll ever buy. Since it's made (PARTIALLY) with pepper extract it lends itself (flavor wise) less to a chili flavor and imparts more of a chemical fire in your mouth. For your average folks (myself included) this is above your paygrade. If you are the sort of chilihead that can sup on a tablespoon of this with a gleam in your eye and a skip in your step then you're tougher than I am -- this stuff is way above my paygrade. But that doesn't mean that this stuff isn't without its value: a tablespoon of this stuff in your crockpot of chili might just be what the doctor ordered. In the end your use for this product depends on who you are, and where you are on the Scoville order of life. Nevertheless it has a use for everyone, that use may just be different based on circumstances.

Hell fire never disappoints
Love any sauce with good flavor and killer heat. Hell fire is one of my go to brands. Not over salted, not full of preservatives and not over powered by vinegar. Yum yum for my tum tum and buns buns (will let you figure out what that means). Yummy

Flavorful & Packs A Punch!!!
Bought this as a stocking stuffer for my husband last Christmas. We both really like this hot sauce. We're "the hotter, the better" kind of people when it comes to wings. If Tapatio is too hot for you, you probably shouldn't try this. 1) It's really hot, but not painfully so. Your mouth is definitely going to tingle for 10-20 minutes afterwards, but as long as you don't add too much sauce at once, it's not unbearable. 2) The thickness is like a chipotle sauce, so it's easier to control the flow out of the bottle. 3) Some sauces are all heat with no flavor. Not this one! It tastes like really good homemade salsa, but with way more hotness.
