Lovely movies
Emma Thompson is a very talented actress. I havent seen her in a role I didn't like. These movies are not quite like the books...I'd say she's nicer than the book Nanny. Very lovely stories, amusing dynamics, just overall fun movie.

Learning Life Lessons in a simple way
I was completing my Asa Butterfield movies DVD collection, and he plays in the second installment of Nanny McPhee; so I purchased this double DVD set that contains both Nanny McPhee installments, parts I and II, though part 2 is not really a sequel... It is another adventure with Nanny McPhee. I could gladly recommend this movie as good and entertaining, and having fun and funny scenes for both children and adults alike - I suspect any family could watch these movies, parents and children together. "When you need me but do not want me, then I must stay. When you want me but no longer need me, then I have to go."

I saw the two movies with two of my nieces and enjoyed them so when Easter was coming I knew it would make a great gift for another niece. I was right. The whole family can sit and watch it, but the kids especially love it.
