It was so important to me to be able to feed my sweet little girl breast milk, but unfortunately she was unable to latch. After lots of tears (hers and mine), I came to the decision that the best choice for us was exclusive pumping. I share this not looking for pity - but to let you know that I spend a lot of time hooked up to a pump. Early on in my pumping journey I tried another highly rated pumping bra, and I hated it. It's awkward (and uncomfortable) to change bras and zip a pumping bra when you're engorged. Even worse, that bra was only good for pumping; it had no support at all. After a search I found the Rumina nursing bra and decided to give it a try. This bra is supportive enough to wear all day, and I am larger chested - varying between D and DDD, depending on how full I am - and comfortable enough to wear overnight. It feels like a sports bra, and thanks to its clever fabric layering it looks like one too, laying smooth and flat under clothes.I liked the first one that I bought so well that I purchased a second one.For working moms who are successfully breastfeeding, this would be the best thing ever. I read a lot of Amazon reviews about different pumping bras but I like this one a lot. I haven’t washed it yet so I can’t speak to that, but otherwise it works great! I pump in my car on my way to work and pump twice at work (I work FT) and this bra has made my pumping routine easier and more efficient! I used to use the Medela hands free pumping bustier but this is soooo much easier and faster!!!!!! I wear it as my normal bra when I work. It holds my 28mm breast flanges perfectly and I can easily connect my Medela pump in style pump parts to my flanges. Pumping while driving is a bit stressful but this makes it easier. I’m also able to do hands on pumping while at work which helps me pump more milk for my baby. I would definitely recommend this bra to all pumping moms!!!! It’s well worth the money!! I’ve been using it almost daily for about a month and have had no issues! I plan to just hand wash it with cold water when I wash it although the tag says you can put it in the wash.The only potential downside to the bra is that it doesn’t have much coverage/padding so I do take it off when I get home from work and switch to another nursing bra. But to solve the problem for work I just always wear a tank top under whatever shirt/sweater I’m wearing and no one can see anything. I wouldn’t wear a white or sheer shirt with this bra since it doesn’t have much padding , but I wouldn’t wear a sheer shirt to work anyways!
