Difficult to use unless the one-location measurement is used *by J***K on April 6, 2015* Very attractive and durable, and ACCURATE. You have to twist it or your head to read it. But it's very good if you are using the single site method (suprailiac) mentioned by trainer Mike Matthews. Used that way, you don't have to get a friend to help you, a major advantage. The high quality is definitely there. Poke around the website "Muscle for Life" for Mike Matthews' method of determining body fat percent with just one location to measure. He says it is more accurate than the four-location method which doesn't seem right but Matthews says it is. The included booklet is absolutely necessary and is included.
