Review: Excellent customer service - UPDATED: I had a problem with the VINTEZ privacy screen staying flat on my monitor, as I shared in my first product review below. The company was quick to reach out and resolve the issue. The customer service was excellent, and they issued a refund and offered an alternative replacement product. With a customer service that good, I`m sure the company sells a great product that they stand by. Film screens can be tricky to install and may not be for everyone based on one`s installation skill level, so maybe a privacy filter panel that hangs over the top of the screen would be a better option. OLD review: I purchased a 24 in (16:9) privacy screen for my 24 in beveled DELL screen. My monitor is clean, and the privacy screen is absolutely flat and installed according to the company's instructions. However, the privacy screen just would not lie flat on the monitor, creating areas with distorted images and text displayed on the monitor. I absolutely dislike this privacy screen. It is such a hassle, but I will have to return it.
