Bonide MoleMax Mole & Vole Repellent, 32 oz Ready-to-Spray

Last spring and summer we had more mole hills than I care to remember. I would go get groceries and by the time I got home there would be ten or more new mole hills. I tried poison worms as well as granular stuff that was supposed to deter the little buggers. And still they came. This year, early spring, I took dirty kitty litter and scattered it in the edge of the field bordering the lawn. The dirty litter was free compliments of my cat, and I figured if I didn’t like the smell that maybe the moles wouldn’t like it either. Then, not taking any chances I ordered this product which my husband used on the lawn itself. We’ve not had one mole hill yet this year. I’m so happy. I would have added a picture but fortunately there’s nothing to take a picture of!

I chose not to give this product a 5-star review because the bottle was not properly sealed for shipping. When it arrived in the Amazon package, the bottle and surrounding packaging were wet due to a small leak. The manufacturer should improve the sealing and packaging, as the nozzle assembly appears prone to leaking during transit.

didn't work as well as I expected. Moles are still present

The spray bottle is a disaster. I bought two bottles and neither one I can get opened. First of all, the tiny little wording to direct you is the same as the bottle so very difficult to read. Then, there’s a lock dial, and no matter what I did, finally using a screw driver, the inside blue thing broke off, so I couldn’t use that one. Thought if I got the 2nd one open, I would just pour the busted one into the 2nd bottle. Had my husband try the 2nd bottle, it moved something, but nothing came out. Finally, I just connected the water hose to the partially opened top and tipped it upside down while the hose was running in hopes it would end up on the mole tunnels. The bottle still felt very full. I bought an empty spray bottle and a mini spray wand so I couldn’t use hold one in each hand and spray the two bottles together. The liquid is very thick, it came out only in a long stream. So, Ive only used maybe a third of one bottle. I will attempt a return and refund on this useless bottle.

This product took off like a ballistic missile. Within 24 hours, all my moles vacated my yard. Within 2 days I collapsed all of their tunnels and didn’t see a mole for another week. When they returned, they returned with a vengeance and did more damage than prior. Very affective for about 10 days. I went to a more lethal solution and now they’re all gone!

This stuff is magic! One application at first site of critters and those things disappear. I spray the entire yard spending extra time in the hole/mound and they don’t come back.
