A: Yes it can. It works well on my clients.

**Q: What size would I choose for pencil size Locs?**
A: The middle one, because the other two are to wide to pull though easy.

**Q: how do these work?**
A: One lok is inserted into an opening in the device. The hair is secured in a circular opening in the bottom of the device. The opposite end of the device has a point that is used to weave the lok through the root of the lok . This is an alternative to twisting loks.
