I bought this assuming it would be cheap and a waste of money, oh God no. This is by far the best money I've ever spent. Perfect for sciatica, the heat isn't too hot, and the quality seems really good, very sturdy! I highly suggest this for anyone with back pain, neck pain or sore legs!

Very nice. The rollers have a good pressure to them and feels wonderful. Helped alot with my sore back.

Works well but if you angle it wrong and hit a bone it really hurts. I have to prop something behind my head as well to get comfy usually when I’m using it.

This is the perfect amount of pressure! It seems soundly built and is easy to use. I am happy with the amount of pressure and rotation of the nodules. It is very relaxing too. I can use it all over my back, my legs and even my feet! The pillow has a tiny , clicking mechanical noise noise but with the TV on, you barely notice it. My back especially feels nice and loose after using! It is a little awkward to learn how to place it on your neck- stick with it- you won't be disappointed. I can't wait to use it on a car trip in the summer!

It’s adequate at best. Heat is nice. For those who want a deep tissue massage look elsewhere or go to an actual massage therapist. I would say the massage intensity depends on how you position your body and how hard you lean against it. Was not able to get the intensity I wanted, when I leaned against it to increase pressure the rotating mechanism just stopped and would not start again unless I backed off it. The rotating mechanisms also started squeaking. I would also point out that this device is likely ergonomically suitable for an average man’s shoulders/neck but not optimized for an average woman’s shoulders/neck : the position of the rotating balls is too wide so women might find the massager disappointing if you’re looking for deep massage along the stabilizing muscles closest to the spine, or for your neck. My neck fits between the two roasting ball assemblies without much contact on my neck at all, certainly no contact along the spinal muscles unless I shift to one side or another. Would love for a manufacturer to for once make a medical device sized for women’s bodies but here we are. Update: the thing stop working entirely (won’t turn on) after 3 months of use. Don’t waste your money.

Decent enough unit. Heating elements started failing after 3 months. Quality of the covering is poor at best, it began shredding at the seams at 6 months. There's zipper to remove the covering hidden under a flap that doesn't allow you to grasp it. The zipper also doesn't have a stop so if you try to push it out from the wrong side it falls into the unit.

Got this for my boyfriend and he says it helps his back a lot after a long day! The heat is good! Durability seems to be doing great so far. It’s lightweight. You can bring it with you if you’re traveling, but will need to be near a plug in if you want to use it.
