Great quality bands – useful for much more than just leg exercises Really impressed with the quality of these resistance bands. They’re well made, feel strong and durable, and give a good amount of resistance without feeling flimsy. Although they’re mainly advertised for glute, hamstring and leg exercises, I’ve actually been using them as part of my shoulder physio. I have problems with both AC joints, and I’ve found that doing my prescribed exercises with these bands has genuinely helped me with the discomfort afterwards. They’re easy to use and the different resistance levels also make it simple to gradually increase or decrease the difficulty depending on the exercise. Overall, excellent quality and much more versatile than I originally expected. Great for normal workouts, but also really useful for the resistance exercises I need for physio. Very happy with them.

Resistance band is durable, stays in place and easy to use. I love the stretchiness and my gym got same brand too. This band will not break or snap- very sturdy

Amazing quality; far better than cheap strips of rubber. I have been diagnosed with mild osteoarthritis in both knees and my physio suggested using resistance bands. These are brilliant with light, medium and heavy bands. I've only used the light one and am finding that challenging, so when I get stronger, I can progress to the next one. Buy these - you won't regret it!

Good for what we wanted.

Really happy with these. I’ve only just got them so can’t comment on whether they are long lasting. However as a bigger woman I was worried that these would not stretch enough, but they do. They stay in place and they are not cutting in to my skin like the rubber ones do. Highly recommended

Didn't keep these as I felt they had far too much resistance tension for me, however, I may well re-order at some stage in the future as I progress strength wise as they were very good quality for the price. Beautiful variety of colours, good size bands with versatile use, definitely a good buy for more advanced band users.

These bands are very good quality, with three different strengths. I can highly recommend these.

Gli elastici sono confezionati benissimo. Ogni elastico è riposto in una bustina apribile e richiudibile che a loro volta sono riposti in una busta grande a cerniera con anche un'ulteriore sacchetto di rete per mettere gli elastici. Molto utile se li usano in palestra o per portarli in giro. La qualità è ottima e fanno il dovere. Le tre fasce hanno "durezze" diverse. Si adattano a qualsiasi fisico, si possono utilizzare per tutti gli esercizi e all'interno della confezione si trova anche un libretto con le istruzioni e i possibili esercizi da fare. Non fanno male, neanche quando sono in tensione.

Jag tycker nog nog att det svagaste bandet är lite för tajt och borde vara medel, Så att det kunde finnas ett som är ytterligare lite lättare. Annars bra

Regret that I bought these and not something slightly more expensive. Past reviews sounded good, but I'm not impressed. Though the bands are soft on the skin and do not roll up, they have a too large diameter. Even I, who am tall, need to stretch the bands quite a bit to feel any resistance. Also, to me the 3 bands have similar resistance, not as advertised as light, medium and heavy. I would have liked to have the words 'light, medium, heavy' printed on the respective bands, but it isn't, but, then again, they are all the same resistance so it doesn't matter. As for the smell - I, too, like other reviewers, found that it smells awful. It smelled even after a wash in the washing machine (inside a wash bag), but after a while in the open, the smell subsided. Really sad I bought these
