Durham 202-95 Gray Cold Rolled Steel Small Scoop Box, 13-3/8" Width x 2" Height x 9-1/4" Depth, 24 Compartment

I love these boxes. Excellent value. The drawers that hold it are a bit expensive, but quite worth it. There are 2 sizes of box, that was confusing for a while - with all the measurements, took me a while to figure out there's just 2 options, big and medium - 3" and 2". The dimensions are the same for all the 3" and the 2". I also didn't understand there are 2 versions of drawers, the sturdy, bearing slide one that is expensive, and a cheaper one (each for both the 3" and 2") After that you just pick number of drawers. I have the cheaper one, it's very nice, but does droop a bit with the weight I put on it. If I would do it over I might get the expensive one. Since it'll probably be around the rest of my life (buy once cry once). Still I have probably at least a hundred pounds (maybe more?, maybe less?) - anyway, 6 drawer stack. Filled with screws, nuts and bolts, to the top. Works great. The box itself I love and that's what this is for anyway. I thought I would really want the 3" one. And I have 4 of those, but really I prefer the smaller ones. Obviously what you are storing makes a huge difference in decisions, but I have found this particular box to be ideal for most all nuts and bolts. I have 2 drawer stacks, labeled M5 - M14 (screw size, M4 and under is in a smaller container), and 6-32- 10-32. At 1/4"-20 and up, I went to the 3" box. And a few more boxes for other things, washers, plastic spacers etc. The smaller compartment size is ideal, and I could maybe do one with even more, smaller compartments. Again depends on your needs- I hot glued in dividers in the smaller screw sizes. Cons: The latch can pop off sometimes, and could be better. But the rest of the box is pretty good. Just a little bit of flex in the box when heavily loaded. That's pretty much it. I wish the latch was sturdier, so that if I were to drop it , I would have more confidence I wouldn't spend the next 8 hours sorting screws. But everything else is great. I personally wish there were options for smaller compartments, but that's me. There's the adjustable compartment one, but finding additional dividers for the boxes (both 2" and 3") is surprisingly difficult.

Very nice boxes - solid with nice thick plastic in the dividers. Watch your fingers on the welds around the handle though, I bought 6 of these and 3 of them had sharp burs at the weld points where the handles are attached that I had to grind off. They had 5 stars until my finger caught one...

It works great!!! I have used it for awhile now and I love it. It keeps all my stuff organized It keeps all my stuff from spilling over into othe compartments It's sturdy and I haven't even filled it up all the way. But I have all I need I recommend this for any electrician or hvac tech

Very nice quality, I use for electronic parts and misc items. Very sturdy and has nice quality finish without any chips and is pretty resistant to chipping. Latch works well too. Definitely will buy again

This is the second time I have purchased this. This product ID super well made and has fine finish. It's metal so will get dented over time with use but won't break. At $20 it's a way better buy than Plastic cases sold at big box stores. Caveat: Dividers are not adjustable. Whole thing come out from the case as one piece.

These are the O.G. and put akro-mills parts cabinets to shame. The only downside is that you have to plan out what goes where because emptying one bin completely to re-organize can be a big time suck. Lids latch down well, sturdy, and well-built for decades of daily use.

I have 8 of these. Four of each size. Highly recommend these to anyone that wants to keep all the nuts & bolts sorted. I find them much better than the vertical plastic drawer types available from other manufacturers.
