I've gone through a lot of hand creams but they're either too greasy or have a strong scent. I was specifically looking for something that didn't have added fragrance because I get headaches usually if something is scented. I like that it's moisturizing without leaving a greasy sticky feel, it has a smooth application and it fits in my bag without taking up too much space because it's a small tube. I bought one for my boyfriend who has psoriasis since he needs lotions for ultra-sensitive skin and it works great for him. It could be a slightly bigger for the price but I get that it's a little pricier for having cleaner ingredients than most other hand lotions.
