BAR none, the best in the capsule ecosystem.
This is the best single shot, easy to use machine. BAR none. And at the sale price of $56, it's a steal. The quality of the coffee is above any other all in one, capsule style machine. Way better than Nespresso system. The Lavazza capsules, and some 3rd party brands, are also way above in quality than Nespresso, and much cheaper. Obviously, it is not at the same level as a specialized espresso maker, with custom options, but it is the best option in the capsule ecosystem. Simple as it could be, cheap as dirt when on sale, good quality coffee offers and results.

Better coffee than my Nespresso
Great little espresso maker if you're a fan of Lavazza coffee. I was able to this up for under $90.00 so it's a great value. So far it's producing a nice amount of crema with every cup. It does produce a bit of waste liquid that dumps into the empty pod container but it hasn't leaked like some have experienced. The amount of waste liquid is a lot compared to my Nespresso but not unacceptable in my opinion. The Nespresso does have an edge with recyclable coffee pods but I prefer the taste of the Lavazza Blue offerings.

Buy it! You won’t be disappointed!
Absolutely love my espresso machine! Lavazza is my favorite coffee brand, so when I saw this. I knew I had to buy it. This is my first espresso machine. Operationally similar to the Kurig I have, so very easy. The price is reasonable. If you are looking for a very easy way to enjoy a delicious cup of espresso, don’t look any further - buy this!

Lavazza Blue
great machine. heats up fast and with lavazza espresso capsules, it makes very nice espresso. awesome for a fast espresso in the morning when i wake up. auto shut off feature. its quiet and comparing it to my nespresso machine i have at home in Europe, this lavazza machne is much quieter. the espresso it makes is very good and comparing it to the nespresso machine, at half the cost for the machine and the capsules, i think this is a great value. personally, i think the nespresso brand is over priced, over rated and does not produce espresso that is any better than this machine.

SNAFU
I first used the LavAzza mini Blue or Classy coffee machine when I stated at a hotel. The coffee or expresso it made was reminiscent of the coffee I drank while touring parts of Europe. The coffee tasted good. I'm don't usually drink espresso but the Classy mini made such a delicious cup of coffee I decided to buy it. I still give it high marks for the taste and body of the espresso it makes. It does make a moderate amount of noise (subjective). But the simplicity and brew is well worth it. The espresso mini make a 1.35 ounces cup or up to 7.44 ounces cup. If you view the Amazon page for the mini, don't buy the multi-flavor compatible pods; they don't fit. You must use the "Blue" pods. Yes, I would recommend this for those who want a full body cup. I have owned the LB 300 for about a year and I had a malfunction. But it wasn't the machine, it was a pod. It did n't seal well and the plastic container didn't puncture. It appears that the plastic base is not punctured when the pressure of the machine drives the capsule against the base spikes that are hidden. For some reason the plastic base spikes didn't penetrate the base. A few days later I tried another pod and it worked. So I concluded it was a defective pod.

You should 100% buy this machine, yes it's that good!
I love, love, love this machine!! The Lavazza Classy Mini is a hidden gem. I can't imagine why it doesn't show up on every "Best Espresso Machine" list on the internet. I've had mine for nearly 8 months now and I can't reccomend it highly enough. In fact I love it so much I bought one for my sister for Christmas. It's dead simple to use and pulls a consistently excellent shot of espresso. In addition the price is quite affordable, both for the machine itself and for the pods. And there's a decent selection of Lavazza espresso pods available, from mild and balanced to the bold and dark. Most of the varieties come in two versions Standard and Double, which contains more coffee for pulling larger shots. My personal favorite is Cafe Crema, it's just so smooth and flavorful. Speaking of "crema" (that silky foam on top), this little machine produces a nice thick layer that rivals any I've had in a cafe. Overall it's an excellent machine. There are a few drawbacks though. For instance, after refilling the water tank, it can be a bit fiddly and hard to grip when putting it back in place (especially with damp fingers). And the lid has a tendency to pop off during this process. Also when programming your ideal shot size it must be done with a fresh espresso pod in the machine. Because it seems to just be recording the total time it takes to make the cup and it takes longer for the water to work itself through the dry coffe grounds than it does if they're already wet or there's no pod on the mache at all. So if you reuse a pod or don't insert one before programming you'll get a smaller than desired cup when you go to use it for real. One last minor complaint, there's no sensor to tell you when the used pod bin is full, instead the machine just alerts you every 5 brew cycles to empty the bin, but if there's a power outage it will lose count and you could end up with an overstuffed bin that's jammed in place by too many pods. One last thing, the pods only seem to come in packs of 100, which is a lot if you just want to try out a different variety. I think a small sampler pack with 2 to 4 of each variety would be good to help customers discover their favorites. PROS: Quick and simple operation Heats up and ready to brew in about 20 seconds Uses the recommended 9 bars of pressure for optimal extraction 2 Programable drink sizes Standard and double pod option Good selection of espresso styles available. Affordable price High quality product from one of Italy's top espresso brands Beautiful, classic Italian design CONS: Somewhat fiddly water tank No sensor on the waste bin Must be programmed with a fresh pod in place. Spout tends to drip for several seconds after brewing is complete Overall my recommendation is to buy this machine if you love a good cup of espresso. You won't be disappointed.

Best-tasting coffee/espresso I've had from a capsule machine, with a few quirks
The important part, this is the best-tasting coffee/espresso I've had from a capsule machine. Especially if you want a lungo. I wish there was an option for 4.5 stars. The machine itself has a few quirks: 1. The water tank is hard—for me—to remove. It could be redesigned to have something grippy on the sides. 2. The water tank is hard—for me—to put back. I try a few times before it locks in. This is especially frustrating if you really, really, really want coffee and want it now. 3. The catch-tray collects a LOT of water, making it more of a hassle to empty. 4. There aren't any third-party capsules available (that I can find at least) and the capsules are pricey. Of course not as pricey as going to the coffee shop. There's a more expensive model that I haven't tried, it may address the first two issues. I'm sitting here drinking the coffee right now and it's marvelous.

Easy to use - good espresso
Overall great espresso. The machine is quite loud but I got used to it. It’s common with units that use vibration pumps and are around this price tag. Also Reminder Lavazza makes capsules for Nespresso Machines so make sure the capsules you buy are compatible! They are called “Lavaza Blue Espresso Pod” I bought the wrong ones at first.
