Works well with HTC One and iPhone 5
I have the HTC One and easy connect and operation with good sound quality. The wife has the iPhone 5 and have to say it worked just as easy and as clear...believe may be a few extra things on iPhone, but nothing drastic. Yes you can't use it with your phone...but actually you can if you have your phone somewhat close as the voice is heard through the speakers and you just talk...but of course it can't be too far away as it will not be understood. GPS navigation and all audio works great through the device onto your car audio system...I was able to operate Google now with my window cradle for my phone. No complaints as advertised with good battery and short recharge.

85% good, but a couple of annoying things
I've had this HTC BT Adapter for a little over a month, and I've been mostly pleased with it. It pairs easily with my HTC One M8, though friends have been able to easily pair their non HTC phones with the device. Audio quality sounds great to me. Although I'm not an audiophile myself, a friend who is was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality and commented that it was "very good." I haven't had a chance to check the battery life yet because I am just leaving it plugged in so it is always charging while the car is running. I installed an app on my phone called "Bluetooth connect and play" which automatically plays from a chosen media source as soon as the BT connection is made. This allows me to simply push the button on the adapter to turn on bluetooth and listen to music without ever removing my phone from my pocket. Although overall I've been very pleased with this purchase, I can find three elements to nitpick which prevent me from giving it a 5 star rating. Least annoying to most: Due to the simplistic design of the adapter, the charger plugs into the back of the device. Because I leave mine plugged in, and my aux in is below the radio face on the center stack, I always have a cord running to the center of my console, as well as the fact the the rear charger placement ends up adding a couple inches further sticking out once plugged in. Aside from cosmetic concerns, I'm a bit worried that over a long period of time, the extra weight of the charger being plugged in on the back of the adapter could damage the aux in port on my car. In my case, an aux plug set to a 90 degree angle to the rest of the device would be nice. Second, the red and green LED indicator is unnecessarily complex. I think this is a case of the device trying to be too helpful... fast green blinking = pairing mode, three blink bursts = on... beyond that I don't care what its trying to tell me with alternating fast red and green blinks, or solid red light (maybe that means charged). Granted I could look this up in the little piece of paper that came with it, but I threw that s*** away as soon as I opened the package. Finally, the one truly annoying aspect of this charger is the on/off button. A simple push will not turn the device on; you need to hold the button down for about 1.5 sec to turn power on. Hold the button for 2 sec and you will put it into pairing mode, which necessitates holding the button again to turn it off and trying again. Because of this, it takes some time to get it right. This seems like something that could be very easily avoided. Despite this very first world problem, pleased with the purchase and would recommend it.

It works great
I have tried ten different product to add Bluetooth capabilities to my 2008 Ford F-150 even a system that costed around $80 which had wires running all over my dash making it embarrassing. What's worse is that my phone and friends phones had difficulty connecting to it. I brought this recently and the contrast between wire everywhere to include a mic near my head and just this lil square was noticeable. It literally works with every type of phone me and my friends have from my HTC One A9, iPhone6 to a windows phone. Sound clarity is greatly improved and neither of us have to try to reconnect to it the phones have it saved and never have to turn one Bluetooth off in order for the other to work. All in all its a great buy and thankfully don't have to plug it into a charger all the time.

The perfect way to stream music from my HTC One
My prayers have been answered. I have a 2007 Honda CRV with an after market navigation system, the Pioneer AVIC F900BT. When I owned my iPhone, the only way I could listen to music in the car was to connect the bulky iPod cable from the glove box to the iPhone. When I purchased my new HTC One, I immediately thought "Oh no! I can't listen to music from my cell phone to my car's audio system." Wrong! This HTC Bluetooth Music Streaming Clip has solved the problem. After I charged the HTC Bluetooth stereo clip per the instructions, I paired the device with my HTC One. Very simple. I then went out to my car, inserted the clip into the AV2 input jack on the front of the Pioneer unit and voila! Music. It was incredibly simple to set up. I no longer have any cords to deal with. This is a great product that I would highly recommend.

Works great, until it doesn't
This device worked as advertised, until about 8 months after I bought it. One day it simply stopped working. You can't turn it on, pair or anything. When I plug it in, it slowly blinks green, but that's it, no charging. For $70, I certainly don't expect it do be so frail. It should be lasting several years, not months. Worst part is, neither Amazon nor HTC will refund, repair or replace the device, so I'm completely out of luck.

Works great with HTC 8X Windows Phone!
I have Elantra 2007 and I wanted a freedom of Bluetooth. And this HTC Bluetooth (A200) has been really great. It connects to my Windows Phone 8 (HTC 8X) quickly and easily. 1. I did not experience any disconnection or dropped moments while the music was playing. 2. The led lights (green & red) are easy to detect and able to tell whether it needs to be recharged. 3. It is easy to turn ON. By simply pressing the button - you will see green light and it is ready connect with your smartphone. And by pressing the button for 3 seconds or so, you will see a red light which means OFF. 4. HINT: To save a battery life, when you exit your car, just press the button for 3 seconds or so, until you see the red light. Then later, when you enter the car, just press the button again. All in all, it is an excellent adapter! Highly recommended!

This is the smallest device it's kind that I could find. I take this everywhere with me and plug it into portable ghetto blasters, car stereos and even home theater A/V receivers. Need to plug it into an input that is 2x RCA jacks? Just pick up a female 3.5 mm stereo to two RCA male adapter at any electronics supply store and you're good to go. This is my favorite new toy and what I like about it most is the amount of battery life you get. I do it full evening of entertaining at a dinner party without needing a recharge.

This adapter does exactly what it claims to and having my phones navigation come through my car speakers is awesome!

The product is very nice. Quality of music is also good. Only draw back is its not having mic. You have to lift your phone, when you receive call.
