Is the screen protector glass?

No it is not glass. And if it is, it’s terrible! They didn’t stick to the phone at all . My husband went by the directions and then used his phone and the protector piece stuck to his face. It came off way to easy. I would look further for another brand, my husband just isn’t using a screen protector at all or I would recommend another one that worked for that phone. Hope this is helpful.

Is the adhesive for this protector all the way across or just on edges?

Just the edges, don't waste your money this product it's really bad

Does it work with an otter box case?

Dear Buyer, Yes, it does. This Galaxy S7 Edge Screen Protector is made of high-quality tempered glass, ultra-thin design, fits the most phone cases on the market.
