Chic Classic Collection Women's Cotton Pull-on Pant with Elastic Waist

Bought these for my mom and she loves them. They fit her well - we used their size chart as a guide - and they are true to size. My mom has had Chic jeans before and the quality is still good. They have a bit of spandex in them, however, they keep their shape throughout the day.

Ordered for my 93 yo mother who is still pretty active. Her usual size is 16P, she is 5’3” and weighs 152. This is our first time ordering Chic brand and the elastic waist was just a little snug. Fit was great through hips and backside. We decided to return the 16P and ordered the 18P. This size is more comfortable in the waist and loose fitting throughout hips/ backside. Material is very soft. These ladies jeans look and feel great. Definitely recommend.

I ordered these for my elderly mom. They looked like the waist was tighter, so she could wear them over Depends. She used to wear a 2P and I read that "converting" to allow room for undergarments, to go up 4 numbers, like from 2P to 6P. We tried them on her and they were very big. It's a shame because they were made very nicely, with nice cotton denim. The waistband was nicely hidden elastic with no drawstring(s). There was a pleat on each side that I didn't see in the picture when I ordered them and that may have been what made them much bigger. I don't know if I'll try ordering for her again. I'm a man and I find that ordering for women is not like ordering for men.

I wore this brand and style of Chic several years ago and surely don't remember them fitting like these do. The rise is way long while the rest of the hip area and legs is cut wide, ballooning out somewhat at the hips and legs. The legs were even advertised to be straight but they tend to balloon out. I resorted to rolling down the waistband to shorten that long crotch length, which helps the fit of these pants. I've tried other styles of this classic collection, finding the slim legs (legging style) are way too uncomfortable and tight (and, I have thin legs, too!) and the Easy Fit style is way short in the rise (crotch length). Guess its time to find another brand of pull-on jeans!

These fit as expected thanks to review by HollRei" under International Reviews made on October 31,2019. The measurements were given in detail and true to what I received in exact same style: Chic Classic, in Destruction Blue Denim, and in Size 10P. Measurment when laid flat is 12.5" at elastic waist, 21.5" at hip, inseam 27". The waistband is narrower than I expected: 1". But not a problem. I am 5'2" and overweight at 128 lbs. and not "busty" which indicates my weight is not "on top". The waistband is comfortably loose. Fit at hips and legs is roomy; length is an inch or two too long, but usually is for 5'2" height. I just turn them up. Some complain about small pockets but they seem fine/large to me. I can carry my LG4 cell phone with room to spare. Little darker blue in color than looked online; I washed in COLD water and they did bleed a bit. Don't know about shrinkage in dryer as I hang-dry. They came out nicely, though. Soft and no wrinkles after hanging. I also ordered a pair in black and they are tight in waist and snug in legs and hips. I would suggest ordering one size larger if ordering in the black which are different material. I didn't like the feel of the material either. I returned the black pair. Also, the tiny "Chic" tag on black pair is printed in white and looks as though white paint spilled on the pocket edge of them. Hope this helps shoppers.

good value! generously sized! washes well didn’t shrink! I have now two pair of these, enough to be my end of winter and in to summer jeans will probably get another for next winter, in a size smaller

These are very comfortable pants! The elastic waist is great. I had to buy a larger size than I usually wear, but they fit well, and they didn't shrink in the wash.

Normally wear size 16 but ordered size 18. Tight fit at waist and knees. I like the color and material and length is perfect.
