Personally I thought the product was perfect, good quality, my only issue is we need more keys, where can I buy or what kind of store can duplicate the keys, I have tried about 10 places and they can't duplicate them.

Works great, so far. Keys are unusual, not likely to make duplicates at the local hardware store, but came with about six copies. Documentation is terrible, has a drill template, but it was scaled down to print on a letter page. Note: to access the mounting bracket, remove the four small screws that attach the cover. The knob stays with the cover.

I really like the key function on this door knob. It's sweet.

Arrived fast, the box looked like is shipped straight from China but everything was inside. Installed with no problems and works great while new. It has really weird keys but it came with 6 and they all work. It seems heavy duty enough for my business.

The trim plates for the levers are starting to rust This product is supposed to be aluminum yet the trim plates on the levers are rusting. The rest of the product is good but I need this issue resolved. Please advise
