Zalman GS1000-B - Full Tower Computer Case GS1000-B

I bought this case for a custom build, and have been using it for about 3-4 weeks at this point. (More about how the custom build worked with this case later) This case requires a little assembly, but not much. One of the screw holes on one of the feet didn't line up with the case, so I couldn't put the screw in, but the foot is still solid and quiet so it's not a problem. It's a very solid case. It has some plastic on it, but don't let that fool you; even the plastic is very strong and secure. I also found the case to be extremely safe, with no sharp edges or burrs anywhere. There is also quite a bit of noise-dampening built-in. Most of the case is tool-less and works great. I found the 5.25 bays to be pretty snug, but they're working fine. Keep in mind that the holes in the back for a liquid cooling system can only be used with an open cooling system, that is, not one of the all-in-one prepackage deals that is all put together and ready to go. One of the best features (in my opinion) of the case is the cable management. I got a PC Power & Cooling psu and it came with a truck-load of cables, which is great, but without a case with great cable management, it would have been a disaster. Ok, my original plan was to use a liquid cooler with a 120x240mm radiator. Due to the design of this case AND my motherboard (Asus Sabertooth x79 TUF), there is no possible way, without extensive customization, to fit the radiator in the case. So, I went air cooling with a nice Zalman and it works very well (on an Intel 6-core). Overall, the case is great, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for space and organization for a serious, clean build.

Product was new - excellent condition. This case by Zalman is awesome - very big case and nice look and finish. Still collecting all parts to complete the entire PC build, so haven't put the case to use yet. Case came with two fans.

What an awesome case. Big and plenty of room for cooling. Added 3 fans and with a 1000watt Ultra power supply and 2 260GTX video cards, its runs cool. This is a must case of any gamer worried about cooling or space. Great product
