Wiha website says this set (75965) is made in Vietnam (October 2021)

Do these bits have a ball bearing for retention? I am hoping they fit my victorinox cybertool sak. It requires a 4mm bit with retention.

The bits themselves are magnetic possibly but do not have a ball bearing detent for retention.

Will these bits work with the Wiha 38006 Multi-Bit Screwdriver?

By themselves, no. However, there is a 75802 1/4" to 4mm micro bit adapter included with the 75965 set. Using the micro bits with that adapter will let you use them in the 38006 screwdriver.

The bits are not magnetized but the extension is.
