They say to call them to get the list of ingredients. Second, dough enhancer should: help dough rise better; give bread a light, fluffy texture; and extend the shelf life of bread loaves. This “dough enhancer” does none of these things. I have been baking bread for 25+ years and this dough enhancer is not dough enhancer. My bread didn’t rise as well and my bread went molder after 3-4 days when dough enhancer should extend shelf life to 7-9 days.
