It fits just fine across the handlebar. It's not in the way when I open and close the stroller, so I always leave it on. The 2 cup holders are great. I do have to be careful grabbing coffee cups in and out so that the lid doesn't pop off and spill. I like that there's a few small pockets made of netting in front. I use that to slip in my phone in sometimes. And the middle compartment is quite large and closes with a magnet.
