Best menstrual cup!
I love this cup! I have used the same menstrual cup for the last 10 years and I am so glad I bought this one. I will say i have tried other cups that I hated and stuck with the cup I had for so long. I wish I had tried this one sooner. I love that the stem is adjustable and that the ring is so flexible and soft. I had to cut the stem of my last cup because it was stiff and it would irritate me. This one doesnโt have that issue. Another pro is that the cup is stiffer, and seems to open inside easier due to this and stays in place. My last positive is the way it breaks the seal. My goodness, the suction can be so uncomfortable when trying to get a cup out. However, the way this cup breaks the suction makes it significantly better! I do think Iโll need to get the larger one as the small one doesnโt seem to hold as much (even though Iโve been using one of similar size). Overall, I highly recommend!!

Super easy and clean removal
Originally I just purchased this because I wanted a new cup where I wouldnโt notice any staining as easily, but the pull ring is such an added bonus. No more digging around trying to break the sealโjust pull gently on the ring and the side of the cup collapses itself, and then it slides out really easily. I donโt know that Iโll ever find a better cup.

Worth It!!
I honestly was very scared to try out this cup. I had previously tried using a different brands menstrual cup and it was a nightmare. I wasnโt able to get it out, and I had to go the my OBGYN to get it removed after having it in for almost 30 hours. But tbh before I realized I couldnโt get it out it was the most comfortable period of my entire life. I couldnโt feel the up at all, and it was like I wasnโt even on my period. So I was very excited to see this one had a pull tab to help you break the seal (which was the crux of the issue the first time around). Like most other people said, it is a bit of a learning curve and a lot different than other products I have used. Iโve seen a lot of people say itโs challenging to learn how to get in, but getting it out is easy. For me it was definitely the opposite, I was able to get it in within the first few tries, but pulling it out is still kind of hard. Breaking the seal is super easy, but if I donโt hold the cup a certain way I feel like Iโm getting torn in half when trying to pull it out. But like I said itโs a learning curve and honestly Iโm just ecstatic I can get it out myself lol. This product works great for me because Iโm not super familiar with my body, which made it hard for me to figure out where to reach and how to break the seal the first time a tried a cup. The pull tab was really easy for me to reach, and only took one or two tries get it right. I would definitely recommend this to people who want to try a cup but arenโt fully confident they could get it out or are a first time cup user. When it was in I didnโt leak and I couldnโt even feel it! So comfortable! Definitely worth it and saves money in the long run!

Pretty decent!
First time using a menstrual cup and I am 80% please with it! I say 80 because the only issue I have with it is *sometimes* it leaks when itโs โfullโ, even though when itโs removed, itโs only about 50% full. I use a panty liner with it. So Iโm assuming itโs because of the angle Iโm personally in (sitting or laying) opposed to just standing up and just letting it fill, if that makes sense. And the other issue is when I go to remove it and pull the โstringโ, idk if blood comes out of the hole when the string is being pulled down, but it can get MESSY. So much so that I honestly wouldnโt use this product outside my home, and thats a bummer. I sometimes have very heavy periods now, (thanks to my kids! Lol) so heavy I need to change a super plus tampon every 45-60min. So when I use the cup, I change it every hour and itโs always messy, until the end when itโs already spotty. I should also say, I do not sleep with it when my periods are heavy. Iv been using it for about 3 months now and Iโm sure Iโm using it right, but itโs still messy. Which isnโt an issue when Iโm at home, but again I wouldnโt honestly use this when I go out. You need to empty it, wash/rinse it, wash your hands, then reinsert it, wash hands again. I donโt see how you can do that in a public restroom. But for at home, it does do the job itโs intended To do. Now for the flex disk, it went in easier than the cup, BUT I must have a short V, because I felt it hit my cervix and it felt so weird trying to push it in enough to get behind my Pubic bone. But once it was in, I was good. Although idk how people could have sex with it in, itโs not THAT comfortable. Now removal.... with the cup, you pull strait down and catch the cup in your fingers and dump it, this disk, you need to hook with your finger and pull out under your pubic bone. Well....... I couldnโt hook it! Lol I was so scared but eventually I did, and since you have to hook and pull down and out, ALL the blood poured out and ran down my arm. Talking, Carrie prom scene. I scared myself lol. Luckily I was home and it fell in the toilet. Also, I never used the disk again since it came with 2 ๐. But it was nice to try something new! Even though the cup is a little messy, I think I will stick to that and using a liner, since it cuts down on period product cost monthly! Also, 2 things I do love 100% is that itโs black and wonโt stain, and the O on the string to put your finger through to pull! So all in all, 80% love the cup.

The ONLY menstrual cup that I can use comfortably and works flawlessly!
I'm not a picky person, and I like to try all different kinds of menstrual products to find what works best for me and my lifestyle. I use tampons through the day, menstrual cups for my long 12hr shifts, and pads or menstrual cups for sleep. I have gravitated towards menstrual cups because of the environmental impact of pad/tampon waste. The other benefits are also that you don't have to spend money every month when you get your periods (just reuse these for every period, no need to buy more. And I have a little sterilizer at home to keep it nice and clean). They also have a MUCH longer wear time, so it is great for sleeping comfortably or, as I mentioned, my long 12 hour shifts with barely any time for breaks. The first time I tried a menstrual cup, it was a different brand and it was absolutely horrendous!! Definitely a learning curve, but also since it suctions onto your cervix, It was painful/miserable to remove! I almost thought I was going to have to get it removed at my OBGYN lol. But I didn't give up, and I bought the Flex cup. What is so great about it is that it has a suction release tab on it, so I have NEVER had any issue taking this out. It is easy to insert and remove, has a little loop to grab onto making it even easier to pull out, fits perfectly and feels like I am wearing nothing. I DID have some leaks which was a huge disappointment BUT that was before I got a bigger size (when I bought this, I had never had any kids and was in my mid 20s so I thought the smaller one would suit me). I swallowed my pride and got a bigger one, it's still easy to place, and it has never leaked for me. Lasts me the full 12 hours without any mess and feels like I'm wearing nothing at all. Yes, you may get some blood on your fingers with insertion and removal, but not in your underwear and that is a miniscule price to pay for the countless benefits of a menstrual cup. Overall, I highly recommend this menstrual cup and if you DO have leaks or if you hear of anyone that has had issues with these leaking, it likely isn't the product but the person. They just need a bigger size (speaking from experience). Hope this helps!

Not bad, but not the best
I have been using menstrual cups for nearly 8 years. I began using menstrual cups once I realized the benefits of using them versus pads or tampons (I know someone who almost died from TSS). Shorter, healthier, more regular periods because you're eliminating unhealthy additives into your body. No smell. Easily dispose of what needs to be disposed of (no need for a trash can). No feel, no show. You don't need to carry supplies with you in your purse, except maybe sanitizer. No TSS. No smell. Little to no leakage. Little to no worry of yeast infection. Swim, run, play, sneeze, laugh, whatever without worry. Reusable, good for the planet. My wastebasket doesn't fill up as quickly. ;) I began with using the small Lola Cup and I loved it. I just didn't like the staining of the cup, despite cleaning and boiling. So I found the Flex Cup because I was looking for something BLACK. I loved the idea of the longer pull and suction release and it had great reviews. So, I bought it November of 2022. After a year of use, I've decided to go back to a standard menstrual cup, like the Lola Cup. This is why: 1. APPLICATION: This caused me more pain to insert and remove, despite having had children. You'd think it would be easier! The silicon is not as "giving." Meaning that it's a little stiffer, harder to fold and insert. Normally, this would be a good thing because it should create a better seal and is "good quality." But... 2. LEAKS: I experienced more leaks than I ever did with my Lola Cup. Despite using the larger 02 size, post-births. No matter how I inserted it, readjusted it, or reinserted it, I always had minor leaks, requiring me to always wear a liner. What's the point if I have to wear a liner EVERY day of menses? I'm not a beginner user...I know how this should work. 3. PULL TAB: The pull release tab is OK. Actually, once you push it into the cup to seal the bottom, it's not much longer than the average stem length of traditional cups. But it was large enough that I could feel it if the cup migrated too low, which made it uncomfortable. Pulling the tab was not a great experience either. Pulling it, I can feel the strength of the suction, requiring a bit of force on the pull tab to release the cup. This was uncomfortable for me. Other cups did not cause this because the suction is released by pinching the bottom of the cup BEFORE pulling it out. In addition, the Flex Cup pull tab unseals the bottom of the cup as you pull it. This releases the contents of the cup onto your fingers and hands. Yup. Messy. This brings me to... 4. MEASURING FLOW: If pulling the tab releases the contents before the cup is fully removed, you cannot effectively measure your flow. Other cups allow you to pinch the cup, releasing the suction, and maintaining control of the cup and contents during removal. Most cups have measuring lines on the inside so you can measure your flow. There is no point in that with the Flex Cup. 5. CLEANING: I'm being nitpicky here but the added stem of the pull tab through the interior of the cup adds to the cleaning. It's more complicated to clean. Think of having to clean residues through the hole edges inside the cup that you don't have to worry about with standard cups. I have to use a pipe brush to clean it. 6.. GENERAL PAIN: I could feel the Flex Cup more than any other. I'm not sure if it's due to the size, the stiffness/pressure of the collar/rim, or the larger pull tab. It often feels like my cervix is being hit--not that it is but it's a similar pain. It also migrates quite a bit in either direction, depending on what I am doing. 7. SEX: I haven't had sex while using it because I can't imagine my poor husband running into the pull tab! Like I said, the silicon is not as giving as others. All in all, it is not a bad cup, just not the best cup. I love that it's black, avoiding the unsightly stains. But beyond that, I prefer my Lola Cup.

Definitely my favorite female cup and super easy to use.
Ok i went back and for on this and the SAALT Cup, I finally caved and got the Saalt cup, but bc I hadn't used a cup in a while I just couldn't get it to expand in there yea know. So if you're gonna go with the SAALT cup, make sure you're comfortable not having the pull tab, bc I definitely wasn't, and I also should have gotten the small size in that brand. This cup i Love because offers that pull tab that collapses the whole cup, it's also much easier to insert. Its confidant and I don't feel like I've got a folded up silicone up there.

Love it
Love this thing! It does take some getting used to, but once I got the hang of it I never went back to tampons or panty liners. I go ahead and use it until the last day or two of my period even if I'm really light just to avoid a panty liner. Once it's in you don't know it's there. Easy to take out and replace in the shower so you can clean it. If you're a heavy bleeder you will need to change it about every 4 hours and I notice more leakage on day one. I chose this one for the black color and the little ring for easy removal. I also purchased a pixie steamer for cleaning at the end of my cycle. You can boil it in water also, but I made the mistake of forgetting about it one day. ๐

Amazing Product- Excellent Customer Service
This product is Amazing! Now I don't mind this monthly occurrence anymore. I have been a long term tampon user and gave this ago. It's so nice and flexible and soft and easy to insert. It really works. It lasts much longer than a tampon so going out and avoiding public toilets becomes a possibility. It is better for the environment too. It will last a good 10 years and replace a few thousand tampons and pads. Keep playing with the cup until you find the right spot for your body. I still use a tiny liner for those minor stains that may result from moving or running - a single toilet sheet will do the job too. After the second time I used my blood clots stopped and now the flow is so easy. I recommend the full cup for anyone. Better to wear it all day long rather than having to change half way. Customer service is excellent. If you need support just email them and they give you plenty of tips. Packaging is lovely. I have been giving them to my friends as gift to encourage better environmental footprint.

Best Menstrual Cup Ever!
I have been using menstrual cups for over 10 years now and I absolutely couldn't imagine going back. I have one that I prefer and it's getting old and needs replacing, so I read about alternatives and I found Flex. I can't tell you how impressed I am! The stem is easy to find and very flexible. It is also moveable and helps break the seal. Other than writing an essay to explain it all. Just buy this one. you will never buy any other. Its quite literally the best menstrual cup I have ever tried by FAR and I've tried many! I would like to sincerely thank the designers on such an amazing job and making women's life easier.

The pull tab is a game changer for those with a high cervix
I recently purchased my first ever cup and it was a traumatic experience. It made its way really high and was impossible for me to get out. I saw that this flex cup had a loop that you could pull to remove so I thought I'd give it a go. I've managed to remove it easily each time, even when it has decided to move really high. Such a relief! I've knocked a star off just because it does get a little messy during removal due to the hole. It's worth remembering that you shouldn't pull too hard as you end up pulling the plug through. Honestly though the small mess is worth it compared to the embarrassing removal I had with my first cup!

It works when it works, when it doesn't...
Beginning with this was a bit hard. I've been using cups for over 10 years at this point and this has it's pros and cons . +It's easier to remove +It's quite easy to clean +It doesn't feel if it's inserted correctly -it's prone to leaks -if you pull it out too hard, the pulling "cord" gets stuck

It got distorted.
I used it for one whole period. Now after the second period, the cup does not want to return to its original position. It just sits like in the pictures - no matter what I do to turn it back how it was. Maybe I am too agressive :D If this was a normal cup without the "patented stem", I could still use it, and now I have to look for a new one that won't distort. It ended up nicely in the trash, where it belongs.
