If you have gray hair that are stubborn to absorb color this product helps enhances a color specifically around those lovely hair pieces. I don’t wanna absorb anything. Multi use vial so worth the price.

Listen, I’m not a hairdresser so I don’t know how or why these make a difference but they just do! I use dark brown demi permanent dye with a 10 developer (from Sally’s) to dye my grey roots. I add about 5 or 6 of these drops to the bowl as I’m mixing it all up. It will turn the contents in the bowl an ORANGEY RED which is disconcerting when you’re dying your hair brown LOL but rest assured, I have never had my hair turn orange with these. Adding these drops helps the dye penetrate the greys so much more.

It is the perfect complement for hair colouring. When used correctly and by following the instructions carefully, it provides excellent results. I have really liked using it between hair colouring sessions. A good product.

I have used this product for years when I color my grays at home. You squeeze the bottle and add 20 drops to your haircolor. However, just used the product in its new "dropper" bottle and it was a disaster. First of all the dropper does not work. You cannot get any drops by using it. So, I tried pouring some into my hair color mixture, and accidentally got too much, also accidentally spilled some. A huge disappointment. Half of the bottle is now used on one hair color. Should have been good for 30 applications the package says. Kindly return to the old packaging with squeeze bottle. Also, Gray Magic, I'm convinced you owe me a bottle for free!!

the dropper doesn't work

I have purchased Ardell Gray Magic for years but usually at a physical store. But ordering from this retailer is much more convenient and also the price lines up with what I've been paying. I color my hair once per month (DIY) and always add this product. Since I'm at an age when I have more gray than my original color, Gray Magic has become an integral part of my hair color routine. It truly does as describe and the small bottle lasts me an entire year (or a bit more). I am well pleased with this product and will buy it again.

This product is a very good one but unfortunately this particular order came dry and I couldn’t use it. I tried putting water in it to dilute it but ended up with too much of it in my dye. It was too late to return because I only used it a few weeks after receiving.
