## Questions & Answers

**Q: Not sure how 2 use the ear tube cleaning wire. It looks 2 short 2 go through the whole tube. Not sure what tools R specifically helpful for.**
A: I wouldn't recommend this tool kit. the wire is way to short and the only really useable tool the brush and the wire loop. Batteries come with tabs to handle them so magnet is useless.

**Q: What is the shelf life unopened?**
A: There is no shelf life listed until you open it.One you open it, it is good for six months.

**Q: How can you tell if it's working?**
A: I don't know exactly how these work.  There is a small black spongy round thing in the bottom.  The Veterans Hospital always gave these to my father then I found them on Amazon.  This did work that I can tell you.  Hope this helps in your decision.

**Q: will this work for widex hearing aids ?**
A: Yes. This is what my audiologist gave me and what I’ve used since purchasing my windex hearing aids. You replace it every 6 months. Since then I’ve purchased an electric UV hearing aid sanitizer as well and I really like it, but I keep this as well because sometimes I take them out to shower or swim or use headphones.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Easy home storage

It's a little big but that's ok for home storage and dehumidifier. I've been using a different one with a mesh container that you have to reactivate. I liked it but 2 times it got so hot the mesh melted and the little balls fell out. This Dri-Eze avoids that. The size allows me to keep my cleaner brush in it too so it's handy at night when I take the aids off. I got a different, smaller container for travel. I haven't had it long enough to talk about effectiveness.. It's supposed to last 6 months, but there's no way to tell if it's not working any more. I live in a drier climate so I'm not worried. I don't mind replacing the whole kitandkaboodle after 6 months. Six months later: I've got my 2nd one. Hearing aids are doing just fine - no problems.
