The CAT might need to really be folded tightly but, yes I believe all three would fit.

Yes Stan. It is an alternative name for velcro. The backside of this product has the "hook" part of the velcro. It's great to attach to any area that has a carpet like (fuzzy) surface. Such as the flooring or sidewall covering in my Tacoma. I hope this answers your question.

Will this fit an mp shield 9mm?

The shield is roughly 4.5 inches tall and 6.2 inches long. This bag is 5×7 so it should fit. Im pretty sure its deep enough also.

It depends on how large the charger is. But yes. I have a charger that is approx half the size of a deck of cards and just a wide. Fits perfect. Cords do as well.
