K&N Engine Air Filter: High Performance, Premium, Powersport Air Filter: Fits 2008-2019 YAMAHA (YZF R6, YZF R6S) YA-6008

Great K&N build quality and fits as perfect as an OEM filter, noticeable performance gain (very small but it’s there). Was close to the same price as an OEM one so I went with this one for the name and quality. 10/10 would buy again.

I installed this on my 2017 r6 yesterday. I immediately noticed the throttle was more responsive and the bike felt like it was running better. Easy and cheap way to improve your bike's performance.

I run K&N in my two bikes, and this one in my son’s R6. There is an airflow gain, for sure. The fact that’s it’s washable, can be re-oiled, and put back into service is enough of a selling feature to justify the cost. If there’s a slight performance improvement, all the better.

This was a really simple mod and price was excellent. It only takes about 20 mins to do installation and you're off. Not recommended for bikes without a power commander as you need something to regulate the new air flow in your fuel to air ratio.

UPDATE: I requested a replacement and it arrived last Saturday. It was properly inspected and installed. There’s a little sound Improvenent and as well as performance since I changed spark plugs too. This filter is perfect fit for my 2016 R6 Just received the package. Warning seal thats on the opening side was already opened with box ripped a lillte. When opened the box, filter seems to be damaged. Idk if it’ll work the way it is. Will try to install it and update because right now the plastic has some sort of liquidy grease all over. I hope it’s not a bad filter. Really have to install it since bike was opened and ready for this filter. Otherwise i would have returned this damaged product. Really disappointed!

Gotta have

I had to YouTube the installation but it was very easy to install. It came wrapped nice and already lubed. You can really see the difference between the old filter and new one. Haven't riden my bike yet with the new filter because I'm out of town but am looking forward to it when I get back. Overall great buy.

Excelente cálidas los que conozcan de la marca sabrán de que hablo. Solo es cuestión de lavarlo con los prodciros de K&N y tienes filtro para muchos tiempo

Far superior to oem filter seals air box better than original so much so I thought it was was wrong at first. Lock the bottom in first and snap in place. Original just kinda sits there. Engine sounds better too. Noticeable difference in performance.

This filter has changed the tune on my R6, sound better and goes quicker. All in all very good just a bit loose fit.

Pacco arrivato nei tempi previsti, il problema è il come, tutto schiacciato, ma la cosa peggiore già aperto, secondo me qualche reso rimesso in vendita in condizioni pietose (foto), per quanto riguarda il prodotto non mi soddisfa per nulla, è tutto pieno di imperfezioni, non so se sia normale, ma ho deciso di spendere qualcosa in più per avere un articolo migliore ma non è così, alla domanda lo ricomprerei, la risposta è assolutamente NO.
