It is the very best adrenal support for me. I think it balances my cortisol levels, which is especially important in times of stress. I also take black current seed oil from Standard Process, but this is the better product if life is especially busy. I honestly believe this is a God-send for me. Recently, I was able to lose a little extra weight ( even during a stressful time) while adding this back into my life.This product disappeared from Amazon for a short while.
