She is very slim so often wears 2T, but I got her these in 3T and they fit her perfectly.The material is like that of a thin swimsuit. There are pros and cons to this.The pros are that it is smooth and stretchy so the shorts are hidden well under her skirts and dresses. She seems to find them comfortable even though they ride up a bit sometimes.The cons are that you can see any patterns on her panties through the shorts (at least for the pink color). Also, on her very first day of wearing them, the fabric started to pill.
