At events and our local track, there are water stops along the course, but I like to have a little water with me so I can hydrate to my thirst. This bottle is absolutely perfect for that need. It fits in my pocket and does not leak and lets me get small boosts of hydration between water stops. It does not hold much, but for me it is perfect for hydration supplementation during a 10k. If this is all the water you have / available, it would not be big enough, but for races where you know there will be water stops offered, this bottle is great. It’s a solid design, holds just the right amount of water for me and fits in my run vest so I can be hands free, plus it doesn’t break the bank. They last a long time - the spout makes the water easy to access and if I don’t bring my vest it’s light and hand sized, making it easy to carry. All in all great functionality.
