7.0-Portable Massage Muscle Roller-Black Large

I've been doing a boot camp for a while now, and I still get sore muscles after workouts. The trainer recommended getting a massage roller to work out the soreness and also increase flexibility and range of motion. After searching around and reading reviews, I decided to try The Original Worm. Foam Rollers are big and bulky (and sometimes awkward to use and uncomfortable), and I wanted something I could travel with and store out of sight at home. The Worm has been fantastic! The material it is made of is durable, and I expect it to last for a really long time without wearing out. I'm able to use it comfortably for my back as well as my legs, shoulders, and even feet! I like to stand with it between my back and the wall and then squat and allow it to roll up and down my back. It provides a wonderful massage as well as works out knots and soreness. I recently traveled with it, and it was a lifesaver on the airplane. I put it behind my lower back while seated, and it provided great lumbar support during the long flight. I've even started taking it to work to use for the same reason while sitting at my desk all day. I've only had it for a few weeks, but I can't say enough good things about it, and I am looking forward to discovering new ways to use it!

My massage therapist recommended this to roll out muscle knots. I was skeptical because I've used a large foam roller before and it was too hard to bear the pain. But the worm is 4 rubber balls that are firm enough to work the muscles, and soft enough that the pain isn't excruciating. The size of the balls and distance between them is perfect for getting on either side of your spine, or on either side of your quadriceps. I've been using it a couple times a week and it has helped my chronic back and hip pain. EXCELLENT!

This is a great transportable roller. I take this with me when I'm out and also to the office. I've used it when I get sore from sitting at my desk all day and need a little relief. The balls inside the roller are firm and provide great pressure on those trouble spots. Not only can you use the roller as a portable foam roller, but I use it with a hitting motion against my shoulders/back when I just need a little Tapotement movement - it really loosens the muscles up and relieves tensions.

I highly recommend The Original Worm! I use it daily for general body maintenance. I'm a busy yoga teacher who used to rely heavily on tennis and racquet balls for direct pressure release. No more! With its neoprene coating, the worm is a far superior tool. It stays in place and can reach all of the nooks and crannies. I regularly give The Original Worm as a gift.
