Low Acid Medium-Dark Roast, Tested for Molds and Toxins, Papua New Guinea Blend, Notes of Milk Chocolate and Roasted Almonds (Whole Bean, 12 oz Bag)

This is my absolute favorite coffee! I have tried many low acid, non-toxic coffees. This has full flavor without bitterness. No stomach issues. No headaches. I have recommended this to many people that enjoy coffee but don't like some of the effects from other brands. It is a little pricey, but worth it.

This is excellent coffee, and I like that it is tested for molds and other mycotoxins. I have recently learned that they can be an issue in coffee, because it is shade-grown in damp climates. The taste is delicious and truly easy on the stomach due to its low-acid quality. Highly recommended, and worth the price.

Second time purchasing this coffee. Coffee seems to be high quality and the price for an organic/mold tested value is very reasonable.

I have had a bag of this in my cart for a while, obsessing over reviews and reading about the company etc. I am SO SO SO fussy about coffee (rather come home and make my own). First impressions were wonderful, hubby came up with the Amazon box and said, "Whatever coffee this is, it smells great." Yup, the aroma is very very nice. The beans ground evenly.... seemed extremely fresh.... and had some oils on them (although not so oily it all sticks to the grinder). Roast was definitely med-dark. I like a lighter blend and hubby likes a dark blend -- BOTH OF US AGREE WE LIKE THIS COFFEE -- that has not happened before! It is a gentle tasting coffee (prob will try it a bit stronger next time) and very easy going down. ZERO BITTERNESS and acidity, which is what we both look for. Even my mom enjoyed this coffee, so that makes 3/3 here. Yep, I'll buy this again although I do wish they'd offer in a larger bag so it is more cost effective. Even for me this prob is a bit more expensive than I'd stick with for every day.

I just received the coffee in the mail and I had to make a cup right away. This is it! Incredibly smooth tasting coffee, LOVE that it is toxin free, and to boot - the packaging is made with a little easy to pull tab at the top which reveals a ziplock underneath for keeping the coffee fresh. In all my years of coffee drinking - I have never seen packaging on a bag of coffee like this. Amazing! I have tried nearly all of the mold free coffees available - this is the best tasting one and the price is extremely reasonable compared to other brands. I definitely will be ordering more of this coffee! I have chronic rashes and sometimes I wonder if it is because I drink a lot of coffee that contains mold. I plan to only drink this brand for the next month and will update if I notice any difference. Update 12-May-2020 I decided to start the intermittent fasting way of life and I was dreading the plain black coffee without creamer during the morning fasting. Well, I had to update my review to say that I was UTTERLY SHOCKED at how GREAT this coffee is black. I AM SERIOUS. I have NEVER in 10 years tasted a coffee this smooth and non-bitter in my life (believe me - I have tried many many times and always needed creamer to stomach it!). This coffee is FANTASTIC black or with cream and I just pray that the company doesnt go out of business! Thank you to the folks that make this coffee, I have already ordered 3 bags since my review last month!

I thought with all these reviews I found my holy grail coffee. I got the medium dark whole bean and ground it at home. Immediately upon opening the bag we knew it was bad, and the actual coffee was even worse. It tastes like cigarette ashes. So bummed.

I've ordered this brand three times now, always getting two bags at a time. We go with the medium-dark roast beans and grind them fresh each morning to make our lattes. We've tried a lot of different coffee brands over the years—even used beans from our local coffee shop for a while—but decided to give this one a try because of the low-acid claims. I'm happy to say it lives up to the promise—I no longer get heartburn after my morning coffee. I also really appreciate that they test for mold. That was a big factor for me, especially while dealing with histamine sensitivity. The quality and peace of mind are worth it—and the taste is excellent. We make our lattes with steamed vanilla almond milk and Hollander sauces or syrups, and the flavor is consistently smooth and rich. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Bought this looking for a cleaner product. It was smooth, but lacked any real flavor. It also caused heartburn which no other coffees do. It was very overpriced for the amount I have to use to not make it taste watered down.
