Color:Clear The new way to protect your cheese yet still allow it to ‘breathe’. Simply paint the coating over the top and sides of the cheese using a pastry brush, allow to dry and then paint the base. Additional layers can then be applied to thickness required. Available in 2lb packs in Black, which gives a dramatic finish to many continental varieties as well as lots of local 'artisan special' cheeses too! It is also available in the following colors: - White - ideal for ‘rolled’ cheeses, as the coating dries to a totally transparent film allowing attractive surfaces to remain visible - and in Yellow, for ‘Gouda’ style cheeses.
