No frills, easily re-keyable, sturdy knob/lock set. Drop in fit in most standard doors. 5 minutes to swap out the previous one that kept loosening up and falling apart. Solid investment.

Easy, and quick, replacement. Also very easy to rekey to existing key controlling all my locks.

As you can see, this door gets a lot of use (and abuse). So no surprise when the old knob failed. Luckily this set was a perfect replacement! Super easy install and everything works perfectly. -1 star for the little tool to re-key the lock missing from the package. Maybe it fell out in shipping? Either way, the ability to set the key to match the one we use for all the other doors was the top reason I went with this set. That and the price. So kind of disappointing. Overall great product. If you get all the parts it says it comes with, definitely 5 stars.

I bought this in August of 2024, now in April of 2026 I cannot rekey this lock. We use these on our rental properties to easily rekey the house between tenants. Now i'm unable to rekey this as the central part for the key refuses to spin apart from the handle as it should. it's stuck. it will unlock with the old key, but that's it, JUNK.
