This is a product that Imwill be using for a long time .Tho I have stage 3 CKD and am not on dialysis the nephrologist says it is safe for me on a renal diet. If concerned check with your doctor. Flavor is almost like milk shake use only vanilla, make sure it is cold and shake well.

The dialysis clinic recommends having one a day. They taste good. Not cheap. Wish Medicare covered the cost.

My husband was told he needed this. He drinks it and says it isn't bad, but he says none of these supplement drinks are all that great. I tasted it and agree. At least it's not chalky like some.

I ordered 3 boxes. I recieved a new version of the product. Which does not come with a straw. It has a very awkward way of sipping. It tastes different. I am upset because if they are going to change what they are selling you, they need to change the picture of the pruduct and the description of the contents. Now I am stuck with these 3 boxes :(
