So far seems good. I’ve been crocheting for over 60 years and I love the light. And I love the way you can interchange the hooks onto a single handle. Handle is comfortable in my hand. I love the storage bag that keeps everything together. I am a bit concerned about the smaller hooks as they seem very fragile. I now wish I had purchased the one that has the small hooks in metal. Very comprehensive size set.

This is a great Crochet Hook Set. The light is helpful with dim lighting and darker color yarn. The quality of the product is good with the hooks being a hard plastic that actually glide thru the yarn easily. Makes the crocheting speed faster for me when working on projects. The hooks are not heavy or bulky, and the size of the lighted handle is actually easy to use and comfortable.

Durability and smoothness of the crochet hook is awesome. Not heavy at all changing hook size is a breeze. I really like the way the stitch counter is at your finger tips. I highly recommend this crochet set.

I originally brought this for a woobles set, because i cannot count to save my life when it comes to crocheting an adorable frog. However, i eventually used it bit more and more beyond that for the whole month. I'll list positives and negatives below + It does have a light source on it, which have three settings- super bright, dim bright and no light. + The measurement crochet hooks on it is changeable, allowing you to utilizing it more and save money instead of running out to get that specific hook you need for a certain project or a particular yarn by using a small wrench tool in it that let you unscrew / screw the crochet hook tip on it. + Rechargeable, that way you don't have to worry about replacing tiny batteries that is almost nonexistent to find in stores. + Does come with a different handle that you can put on, the one without light, buttons and screen on it. + / - each crochet hook tip have a number printed on bottom of it, but it's it's really hard to see it due of the fact it's been printed on a transparent base. Should have a manual mentioning this, i almost didn't notice those until i looked at them really close up under light. I noticed this right away, of course, but i had to comment this because if i think about it, i buy this one, give it to my grandmother / aunt, and let them try it out... no doubt they would be upset and struggling with this. It only just comes with this piece of manual saying you just press button to turn light on, press button to add a count on stitch/row, hold a button to remove a count on stitch/row or resetting whole thing. - when it comes in this cute booklike case, they made a mistake. They neglected an manual to include in it, that meant to inform you that there's a oily substance on most metal crochet hooks and you were supposed to clean it off first before using it after screwing it on. It got some of my foundation chains all oily. I had to clean them off with some rubbing alcohol. - If you're a knife-style holder yarn crochet person, this is not great for your hands because if you want to use it while using it to keep track of stitches and rows, you have to "modify" the way you hold it, so you can reach the buttons to press while crochetting it. I suspect that this is great for people who holds a crochet hook the pencil style. If they want to compromise and improve it, i would like to see the buttons move up a little closer on handle so it's just under the black part, instead of close to the screen. - the quality made on it is pretty good, but you have to be really gentle when using the tool to screw it on, it felt like it's about to snap off if you try to twist it around. (Note that I'm a mechanic, so my strength is slightly higher than a normal person. may better disregard this part though) - from 2.0 to 6.0 crochet hook tips, i had no issues using those but when you move up to 6.5 all the way to 12.0, heck it even have 14.0! There's a problem with those. When you use those metal crochet tip hooks while crochetting, be really mindful how you move the *metal* crochet hook forward and back. The area on bottom of it where the wrench goes in, it ends up doing a "hand saw" effect, cutting into yarn itself a little by little. I didn't realize this until i was few rows in, to spot the damages on yarn strings. [Plastic crochet hook tips on it doesn't have this issue, only metal ones] And lastly, Amazon actually have an issue with seeing too many lookalikes sets like this, i had a hard time finding which one is good or not, I wanted to get one and go but instead i had to spend an hour and half looking into each one individually, checking the crochet tip hooks, what does it have, what doesn't it have, etc... Even the prices differences is considerable between. I ends up going with this due of my impatience winning me over.

I LOVE this set! The lighted hook helps SO much and makes it so much easier to see in regular lighting as well as low lighting.

I have had this for about 6 months now, for starters, this set is very nice for how many sizes you get, I got this because of the variety and I like to use lots of different sized yarn from very thick yarn as well as down to worsted weight yarn, so can’t really complain much about that. I don’t use the lighted feature often, but if that’s what you’re looking for then the light works very well. I’ve had it for many months and only needed to charge it once so far and when I did it charged perfectly fine, although like I said I do not use the feature much. A somethings I would like to see improved is the material the actual changeable hooks are made of, it would be a lot better if the hooks were made from the metal you get in other hooks at regular craft stores (I would gladly swap out the lighted feature for better hook material). The problem with the plastic is for one that sometimes it will squeak when you are working your stitches and it has annoyed me quite a few times to the point where I had to stop crocheting for the day (I noticed this using acrylic yarn, but not polyester yarn) and two of the hooks got tinted the color of yarn I was using, the hooks on the left side bottom right corner is tinted yellow and the one on the right side upper left corner is tinted red (you can see this in the picture) some of the hooks also seem to not have a deep enough groove in the hook to properly grab yarn through stitches, but if you’re an experienced crocheter you can adjust pretty easily, if you’re a beginner I wouldn’t suggest these hooks. Another thing I would like improved is the black rubber grip part of the handle. The grip on my handle has slid off many many times which gets very annoying when you’re in the groove, I’ve resolved that by gluing it down myself, but it sucks to have to do that at all.

These are awesome! I love using them. The light is bright enough and it helps tremendously. Multiple sizes and easy to change sizes. It also stays charged for a long time. Would definitely recommend this product if you like to crochet.

This was a great purchase! Super helpful when using dark yarn and an added bonus for me was being able to crochet while my husband was driving at night. The hook was bright enough for me to see what I was doing and I even needed to turn down the brightness because it was too bright for my hubby while driving! Easy to switch out diffent size hooks, they stayed secure while using them and the charge lasted a long time.
