Great product!!
Needed these for fasting. Good flavor with a little after taste but it did the job.

Not what I thought.
The taste is horrible. Tried soaking it in water to dilute the harshness, and the water just turned yellow. Very disappointed.

Not too bad
Does not taste like peppermint and a little distracting to constantly have the skin/bark flake off in your mouth. Definitely useful for stress and moments if anxiety. Flavor is not bad, but does taste like licorice or anise.

Exactly what they say they are, but not for me
It’s exactly what’s promised. Minty sticks. But unfortunately they’re not for me. I didn’t like the texture of the bark that was getting stuck in between my teeth. And a couple of times little bits of it would break off and get stuck in the back of my throat. If it wouldn’t have been for that, they would be perfect. But it’s wood lol. Cant really expect too much from it xD If you don’t think that would bother you, then these are for you!
