I think the only thing I would have everyone looked at is how many keys u get. We only recv’d two & it should have been 3 & there about $25 each if you buy it from co. Afterwards which your product info comes with so save that pamphlet. I wish we had noticed that earlier because now we only have one spare. Other than that the product is well built, easy to install & after a year it still looks great. Quality product. It saved us over $100 a year by giving up our postal box. We are in a rural area so it’s we feel very protected & safe with this mail box. It’s been over a year no issues. I recommend this product. Not being paid just an 69 yr old lady who doesn’t write many reviews but felt this one deserved it.

I love this mailbox! The price gave me cause to pause (at first), but I have done my homework on mailboxes. I've tested them at stores, and even walking up and down my own neighborhood, to see if they truly were 'secure'. Every one I'd try, I could get my arm nearly all the way to the bottom (and all the way in many cases). THAT'S NOT SECURE, LOCK OR NOT! Think of kids walking home from school (with much smaller arms) for instance. I've had my mail stolen before with my old mailbox. I feel much more secure with this one. NO WAY anyone is going to get inside the slot to my private mail and information! The box is made of beautiful sturdy, well built material (it's heavy!). I doubt I'll ever have to change this box out or buy another one. My mail person can even fit relatively small packages inside (not too large...but Mail Boss does have boxes that can handle larger ones if it's your preference, just do a search). This one is perfect for my needs, most anything my mail person delivers, he can get into the box. If not, he'll leave it on my porch, as usual. The locking mechanism is not flimsy, and easy to open with key (I notice other brands I'd have to jiggle the key and so on to get the very cheaply made lock to open, not to mention it would be easy to just break it open anyway). This lock is SECURE. This is well worth every dime, believe me. I have neighbors now asking me where to get it. OH and no worries about kids batting it down either, I cannot stress enough how strong this mailbox is. I LOVE IT!!! Even comes with extra keys (keep your paperwork and register your box, because IN CASE you lose your keys you CAN get another lock, they thought of everything!) There's also a shelf where you can put small outgoing envelopes for your mail person to pick up. I'd advise against putting anything with personal information though, just because that part is not locked (the mail person would have to have a key if that were the case). But it's quite convenient for simple outgoing mail where you are not concerned about identity theft. Customer service is top notch as well. I had a very minor flaw in a spot of finish on mine and contacted Amazon asking how I could fix it, and they immediately sent me a new one with a PREPAID return label for the other one. It was minor enough I did not expect that, so what a pleasant surprise, THANK YOU AMAZON! The new one is absolutely FLAWLESS. This is the 'Sherman tank' of mailboxes! I HIGHLY recommend, am I clear enough? This is a clear example of getting what you pay for...expensive, but WORTH IT!

This is a great locking mailbox. It is large and easy to install. The keys and lock feel very substantial. Our mail gets delivered at all times of the day, not any schedule, even after dark sometimes. This is so convenient. You can check it every few days if you like knowing no one can mess with your mail. No need to stop delivery if you leave because it's so large. Wish I'd done this a long time ago.

Took delivery of this hunk of steel and it's a heavy duty and well made box. It's easy to set up and a baseball ball bat does not stand a chance up against this thing. Just extra piece of mind knowing our mail is safe from criminals roaming the streets these days looking to make life miserable.

I loved the large compartment for incoming mail, the sturdiness of the entire box, and the security of it. The one big thing that I found flawed -- which I could not tell right off the bat from the product photos -- was that the compartment for outgoing mail was small. It is very limited in depth and height. If you have something larger than a standard-sized business envelope, you're going to find yourself driving to the post office to mail large greeting cards, large envelopes, small packages, etc.

This thing is solid and heavy. I bought it after someone was stealing out mail out of the mailboxes in my community. This thing is built to protect your privacy and identity. I would definitely recommend this mailbox. Several neighbors bought similar mailbox. There were very flimsy and could be pried open. This mailbox I could see how they could. It was twice thickness of the other similar mailboxes and the lock is super sturdy. It was worth the money. After checks and medication was stolen from my old mailbox. I do wished it came with better letter and number stickers. I had to order some of those that would stay on the mailbox.
