Wall mounting set Review: Good product but hardware needs upgrading. - The overall product is pretty good but the hardware needs to be upgraded. The beech wood is too soft to use the existing hardware. I had to change the overhead brace to ladder bar hardware to 3/8” bolts with large washers, the predrilled holes allowed the supplied bolts to move and allowed the bar to move a little too much for my liking especially with how soft beech wood is I see it splitting with repeated gymnasts use. I also needed to add more wall mounts that are longer so they grab more towards the middle of the rails, with these small improvements I feel confident that it’ll last a lot longer.
