They apologized for sending the wrong color of the bags and instructed me to send them an email with the barcode of my package so they can research what caused the error. Before I even had a chance to reply back to them, they went ahead and shipped me out the correct colored bags to ensure that my kids would have them in time for Easter. This is fantastic, unsolicited customer service and I am very impressed. They even told me how to get the smell out (which is caused by them shipping the bags in thick plastic). I now DEFINITELY recommend these Easter bags.ORIGINAL POST:These bags are okay. They do have an awful smell and I received the pink/purple/white ones even though I ordered blue/green (my boys will just have to cope). The only thing I'm not happy with is the inside lining being smaller at the base than the inside of the burlap bag.
