Decent Cheap Monocular to carry in your shooting bag
I sometimes forget to bring my expensive spotting scope with me when I go shooting, this decently cheap and lightweight Monocular, makes a great addition to my shooting bag, can make out point of impact holes on targets out to 25-Yards, not very useful at 100-Yards.

Meh
Poor eye relief. The adjustment knob is tight, and doesn't work well. You can turn past the stopping point if you're not careful. It really isn't worth the price I paid, about $30, at $10 I could recommend. The only thing I do like is the compact size, around 4.5" long and 1.25" in diameter. Nice for throwing in the door of the truck or in your pocket. The zoom is fine for something so small. Due to the small objective lens, the image is dim, and the scope is less than ideal in low light, like morning, evening, or overcast situations. The ideal range is maybe 20 to 150 yards, but the image can be a little blurry. You will not get fine detail from the image at any distance unfortunately.

Skip it, get the Tasco 10x25
Case and finish are nice, it's comfy, but it's dim, adjusting focus requires two hands because it's tight, and I was never able to get a good picture no matter what. The Tasco 10x25 is half the price and far, far better.

this little guy works great! the textured
I got this little monocular discounted but would have payed full price for it. this little guy works great! the textured, molded rubber grip makes it easy to hold and work the focus. The focus is very smooth turning and works well to get a nice crisp sight. the lens has a green coating on it I am going to assume cuts down on glare. While looking through it I never thought to myself wow that's really bright so the coating must be doing its job. The monocular also came with a little wrist strap which is good in case your worried about dropping it but the thick rubber shell is more than capable of withstanding a fall. it also came with a carrying case with a Velcro flap and a micro fiber cleaning cloth. I plan on using this at the range to do some quick hit spotting at the shorter distances. While you could get away with using this for a longer distance range it would be in your best interest to just get a more powerful one. All and all this is a very solid little monocular that is perfect for a range bag or hunting gear setup.

I love Barska products
I love Barska products. That being said, I do like this monocular in its construction and feel. My main issue is that I wear prescription glasses and have found that the actual view from this is incredibly limited due to a poor focal length. I have tried to adjust it to accommodate my corrected vision but only am not able to see a clear picture. If I use this without my glasses the sight picture is still exceptionally small. Though I am mildly disappointed with this particular item I would still stick to the Barska brand for most of my optics.

Works great in place of bino's
I have purchased three Barska monoculars. all work great in place of bingo's. I needed a way to scope for my rifle and bow target practice. Light and easy to adjust.

Poor Focus
I was disappointed that the black hawk does not focus sharply, and there appears to be no room for adjustment.

A great piece of kit that is rugged
I purchased this monocular for hunting and for work. It's simple to use and ready to focus, giving clear HD views of the target your looking at. A great piece of kit that is rugged, waterproof, light but has a quality feel, not like cheaper alternatives and really clear, crisp image quality. Great for bird watching it those like me that hunt or use these for work. Buy them and you won't be sorry as they will last a lifetime.

Versatile, functional
Not too light and easy to grip. Optics have proved good for general bird watching and picking out landmarks.
