Good phone holder
really like this holder. It’s well made and holds up nicely for the environment it’s used in. The phone placement is excellent and just works. Some drink cups won’t fit perfectly, but overall it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It’s easy to install, solid once mounted, and feels reliable. Like most interior accessories, long-term sun exposure will eventually take a toll — probably around five years — but that’s expected. Simple, functional, and a good buy.

Phone and handheld radio holder!
2015 Wrangler JKR. Purchased this to hold my handheld radio for trail rides. Using the radio belt clip, I bought this to have a place to hang the radio where it wouldn’t bounce off and was still easy to get to. Bonus it’s also an extra drink holder. I then upgraded my radio to Apple CarPlay so the wireless charger I was using wasn’t necessary (and wasn’t an ideal solution as the phone would occasionally bounce out but, it was alright the majority of the time and meant I could just throw the phone in and go). Having to plug into CarPlay meant the wireless charger was redundant - which also meant I needed a place to mount the phone. This is a great solution. The phone sits in the front and the radio clips to the side. Neither fall off or even move around on trail rides now. They’re exactly where I want them. Easy to use phone holder on the daily. Plug it in and then slide into the front of this holder. NOTE: you cannot use as a phone holder AND can holder at the same time. I have plenty of cup holders so that’s not critical but it might be an issue for others. Maybe with one of the thinner cans you could do both but doesn’t work with a standard can and my iPhone 13. Install was a bit of a pain. You can just pop out the trim piece - you don’t need a torx to remove the trim as the plastic torx on the front are just plugs. You will need a longer socket wrench as the bolts are recessed quite a bit behind that trim piece. Getting the plates lined up behind the grab bar wasn’t painful but it took a few tries to get it right. No impact to usability of the grab bar once installed. Highly recommend! This is the best phone and radio solution I’ve found. I don’t like the mount bars that go across the dash - I think they’re ugly and bulky (and I would need 2 adapters to hold both items held by this one piece), on top of being expensive. This way, my dash is still clean and I have access to the full duck pond, all for a great price. Love it!

Great for Phone...Not All Cups
This is a savior for a place to put my phone. I didn't want one that attached to the tray on the dash because the phone blocks too much of the view. As a drink holder, it works great for bottles or cans and smaller fountain drink cups, but for some 32 oz and 44 oz cups the arms just don't grip tightly enough or at the right angle. The lip on the bottom could be a little bigger. That might help it hold bigger cups. I'm going to 3D design something to slip over the existing lip to make it bigger. If I do, I'll update this with a link to it if you want to download and print it. It was very easy to install. Just make sure that the screws holding the holder to the bracket are tight. It's hard to tighten them after it is installed. I also thought of a way to get another one for the other side of the handle. I would install it upside down, unscrew and flip the holder, and then bend the bracket so it comes out at a better angle and not interfere with the handle........but then I saw that another company already makes one for that side of the handle. So, I guess I'll just get that one instead.

Great fit
Worked awesome for a 2015 JEEP Wrangler Unlimited. Installation took less than 5 minutes and will be worth the buy. Held my girlfriend's Samsung Z flip phone and my Samsung Note 20, which is a big phone with ease. It will block one of your dash vents though.

Horrible Quality
I bought this item several months ago and while, at first, I loved it, I’ve now grown to loathe it. This is my testimony: One of the features of this cell phone mount that drew me to it was the positioning of the mount itself. Not in the way of the windshield, not blocking anything (save for a vent on the passenger side, somewhat), and at a great angle to still be able to see the navigation on the phone screen when needed. It was super easy to install, requiring only minimal effort to remove the handle bar. And for a few weeks, it held up very well. But, as others have also noted, I began to notice quite a bit of vibration and, once I was able to check out what was going on, two TINY (and I do mean incredibly small) screws had loosened themselves and stripped out of the back plastic casing on the housing itself. I can tighten the screws (and did...often...like 2 to 3 times a day at this point) with an impact driver bit because it’s the only thing I can get to fit to tighten the screws down, but what a pain. I decided enough was enough after the screws fell out of the housing, dropping my week old iPhone 11 Pro Max and cracking the screen protector (bless the person who invented those!). The only reason this gets 3 stars is because of the ease of installation and the angle and placement of the unit; the unit itself? Complete garbage.

Perfect
This phone/drink holder was very easy to install. Be very careful when removing the insert of the handle. There are a 4 tabs that are easy to break. Once installed, it is very durable and easy to use. Does a good job holding the phone. Instructions for assy. 1. remove handle insert with sharp edge screwdriver. 2. Remove screws on each side of handle. 3. Place spacer on right side of handle. 4. Place holder on left side. 5 Re install screws. 6. replace insert into handle.

Phone holder and cord out of the way of shifter
I've had a lot of trouble finding a phone holder that can hold my brick (Note 9) with the charger attached where the cord doesn't get in the way of the shifter. This holder holds my phone or GPS unit without covering the charging port on either. The best part is that it keeps the cord away from the shifter, which is critical with a manual transmission. It holds either securely and is not in the way of a passenger. Pros: secure, holds phone or GPS while plugged in, cord is out of the way, not in passenger's way, another cup holder, folds up nicely when not used, blends in, great value for the price Cons: had to also find hex bit to remove trim and socket extension for bolts on 2015 Freedom edition, doesn't hold large cups, the mount and spacer aren't curved to match the handle mount I'm very pleased with this item and would happily buy it again
