These soft blocks are a great toy for a baby/toddler! Babies like to knock them down, so if you want to start a giggle fest, sit down in front of a 9 month old, start building towers, and pretend to be surprised and amazed at their trickiness when they knock them over. Be sure to have your phone ready to record the hilarity that will ensue. When that baby is older, s/he will love to stack them on their own. The blocks are also sturdy and safe. A wonderful toy to give or receive!

These Melissa & Doug soft blocks have been a big hit in our home. They’re soft and totally safe for my 1-year-old to handle, even chew on, without any worry. They’ve held up really well, even after being thrown, stacked, and sat on daily. The blocks keep their shape and are lightweight, making them easy for little hands to pick up and manipulate. We’ve been using them to start introducing numbers, and my child shows genuine interest. His favorite activity is stacking them up and knocking them over, which never seems to get old! I haven’t had to clean them yet, but the material feels like it would be easy to wipe down if needed. Overall, this set is a great value, and I’d definitely recommend it as a gift for a one-year-old. It combines play, learning, and motor skill development in one adorable package!

Another hit from Melissa & Doug toys! The blocks are soft, but sturdy enough to stack. When they fall, they don't hurt because they are so soft. The blocks are colorful and bright. They can be used for so many things, including learning about animals, shapes, and numbers. There are 10 cubes and 4 triangle pieces in the set. We have built and knocked down many a tower already! A fun, multifunctional toy that develops coordination while having fun. Definitely worth buying!

My six month old grandson loved these blocks. They are soft and easy for his little hands to hold. He is fascinated by the bright colors, and there are no hazards in allowing him to chew on them, which is nice as he is teething. The blocks are well-made and we expect to get good use out of them, not only as play toys, but also with helping him to learn colors, numbers, shapes, etc. in a fun way. I might note that we aren’t having the same experience mentioned in some other reviews, such as “chemical smell“, “trouble with stacking“, “poor stitching”, etc. The blocks we received are just what we expected and we are very satisfied with this purchase..

It's well made. It's colorful and soft. I wish it came with a different bag versus the blue sack. I just need it to be more organized. My 6.5 month old does not really care for it though. Maybe he will at a later age.

I will be on the look out for more blocks like these with more fun prints. My almost 2 yr son loves playing with these. Great soft fun toy, to throw, catch, stack, learn words, counting, animal, animal sounds, nice activity for us to do together, they don't hurt when you step on them, or damage anything when he chucks them, this is always my go to toy to let him play with.

Wonderful set, cubes are are large, soft and colourful. Lots of fun for a little one and you don't have to worry about a child (or anyone else) getting hurt if s/he decides to throw one.

These blocks are good for the infants of any age as they are soft. My son is 8 months old and he likes to throw them. I guess he will be playing with them for long time.
