I have been using the Vidalia Chop Wizard for over 20 years and loved it. My old one finally broke and I shopped for a replacement at a local kitchen store because I couldn't find the Wizard on line. I did buy a different brand and it had this kind of cleaning lifter and I loved it. On a whim I again searched Amazon for the Wizard and there it was!! I bought 2. I hated to give up the lifter but the Wizard is in every other way superior to the one I had recently purchased. Then I found them. The lifter for the Wizard available for purchase on their own. My dream come true. The perfect chopper with the perfect cleaning lifter. I am a happy woman. Can you tell, I use this chopper a lot!

I'm a big fan of the EZ Cleaning Lift Tabs. The Original Vidalia Chop Wizard has always the best "As Seen On TV" item ever produced, but cleanup, while OK with the provided comb, was still a bit of a pain. Enter the EZ Cleaning Lift Tab. It's a great add-on. There are commercial dicers that use this same technology to make cleanup easier. These chopping machines are $400 and more. Here you can add the same easy cleaning tech for $8 added to your $20 chopper. We use our chopper extensively every year during canning season, and the EZ cleaning tab makes life better. If you use these, cleanup is never a problem, no matter how much you chop. A coupled of tips, make sure the cleaning tab is fully seated before chopping. Also, when removing, be gentle and lift the tab a bit on each side all the way around until you feel it give. Don't just tug on the handle, as it will likely rip prematurely. At some point, the manufacturer should incorporate the EZ cleaning tabs to be included with the chopper because they're just that helpful. They could also be a little cheaper too. Though, at the end of the day, they're worth it. If you own this chopper, just buy these and you'll never chop again without them.

These make cleaning the Vidalia Chopper very easy. Other reviews say they don't fit well, but mine fit perfectly and I had no problem using them. They simply slip over the little grooves, then pull off to remove any small food particles.

This is Fantastic! These keep your Vadalia onion chopper so much easier to clean. So easy to use and saves a lot of cleaning time. If you own a Vidalia onion chopper this is a must to own. Priced reasonably, good quality.

Wish I had bought these long ago. Definitely cleans the grip portion of the chopper. I used to have to pick all the debris out by hand. Now one pull and it's all out.

I love the concept of this that you don’t have to try to dig all the vegetables out of the grid. However, I really wish this was a little bit sturdier made or fit a little looser because I feel like every time I try to pull it off I’m going to break it. And it’s a little bit difficult trying to get back on after you take it out to remove all the vegetables.

After struggling every time I use my chopper to get all of the onion pieces out of the crevices I found these. They are a time saver! I wish the chopper came with these. Put one on before you chop the food then after just pull it off. So easy.

Love this product. I use it to chop onions....no crying. Makes it easy to freeze a lot at one time.
