UPDATE: 5 stars for the seller immediately reaching out and listening to my suggestions for the confusing advertising of their product. They were eager to make it right, thinking they sent the wrong product. I got what I ordered; I just didn't order what I thought as described in the review below. Due to the great customer service correspondence from the company, I am changing my 1-star rating to a 3. First, shame on me for not reading the description more closely. Second, shame on whoever posts the pics/descriptions for this product because it's misleading! We purchased this for a cabinet install exactly as shown in the pictures. After spending HOURS trying to install, we realized we cannot fully open the ironing board because it hits the countertop DESPITE all measurements being well within the stated specs!!! So, make sure your countertop is completely flush with your cabinets (never seen that but maybe people do it). Next, don't watch the videos because it's not the same product. I 100% thought the board rotated AS SHOWN IN THE VIDEO. If it had, it would have worked for me. It does NOT rotate. So again, shame on me for not re-reading the info AFTER seeing the "elite rotating board" in the video. Also, it is overpriced for what you receive. If it wasn't already installed (before we figured out it's useless), I'd return. Now looking for some type of lazy Susan to rig the thing so it's able to rotate to open flat and not hit the countertop or scrape the cabinet face. It also gets stuck both opening/closing. We've had several RAS products, and this is the only disappointing one.

If I could I would return this immediately, but unfortunately I purchased a couple months back and just had my contractor install it this week. He wasted the better part of a day fiddling with it just to get it installed in a manner that it will at least work. This comes with a one pager of installation instructions that are woefully inadequate. As mentioned in a previous review, you just CANNOT iron shorts or skirts or pockets as the drawer fascia and the boards support brackets are in the way. Terrible design. I have seen other boards online that open and then pop up to avoid this issue. That is the design you should buy. Learn from my $150.00 mistake. This will only be used for flat items like napkins.

Wife loves it!!! she has thrown out her old one that she always complained about having to take out set up and then put away.. now she just opens a drawer flips it open and is able to close it just as quick. Out of site out of mind... Install took about 45 min.

Installed this in a rental property of mine, Fairly easy to install but the latching mechanism really sucks. Couldn't put any pressure on the ironing board without the latch coming loose and the board starting to fold. Had to remove the built on latch and installed one much more sturdy. Works great now, but customers shouldn't have to redesign their product. Wouldn't purchase this again.

If you buy this knowing it's limitations, it's a 4 star product...but if you buy it thinking it's a perfect full size heavy duty ironing board for everything you'll be disappointed. As other reviewers have noted, the "mechanism" can be a bit finicky (and it's not the smoothest functioning thing in the world, even installed properly). It's a great sized "touch up" ironing board, but also has limitations (like not slipping jeans over it, the folding mechanism can be insecure). Overall I still rate it 4 stars. We have it installed in a laundry room cabinet. Install wasn't super easy, but still worked out fine. Overall I feel it is worth the money and I would purchase again.

We were tired of having the large ironing board take up a corner of our bedroom. This little hide-a-way board works out great. Somewhat tricky to get installed but I find that is the case anytime that you are working in a cabinet. The instructions could be a bit more explanatory but after reading over a couple of times you get the point.

Great for quick ironing work. The design is solid but arrived with a bent rail that took some work to fix.
