**Q: is it unlocked**
A: Yes, of course, it works with all carriers.

**Q: Which seller is the best to get the phone from?**
A: Buyur are not safe. They refused to honour the guarantee when my phone got water damaged and said that the phone is not water resistant as they break rhe seal when they refurbish them so i have a broken phone I cannot get a refund for despite the listing stating its water resistant to ip68 in the product listing

**Q: Do these xs have a genuine oled apple screen??**
A: Genuine

**Q: Does anyone ordered this phone from stock must go? any experience? are they good?**
A: The phone had a battery warning due to a non-Apple replacement battery being fitted. When I pointed out the ‘works like new’ warranty and requested a refund, they refused as it was over a month since delivery. I pointed out the 1-year guarantee but they still refused. 

Eventually got Amazon involved who issued the refund.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Terrible Battery

After Apple decided to discontinue my beloved iPod I turned to the older model of iPhone to replace it. I had the iPhone 7 for a while but the new AirPods Pro won't work with it and it no longer gets IOS updates. I looked up which ones were affordable as another replacement and opted for the XS. The phone itself is a huge upgrade from the 7 (I have a 14 Pro as my actual phone so this is purely an iPod) and got a bargain for the storage size 256Gb. My only gripe is the battery. As a refurbed item I understand there will be wear and tear - which there is - scratches on the screen and casing but nothing a case won't cover. I'll also replace the screen as I can't be doing with scratches but I also now need a new battery, I think it's awful that this wasn't replaced as part of the refurb. Especially when the health shows 70% so it's hardly at a respectable level. Aside from that this is a good little device and will do me for what I want it for - I know just have to faff at the market getting a battery and screen sorted.
