It is very light (<40 g), does not slip and sits comfortably in the back of the knee. To determine the size, measure the knee circumference when the knee is half bent. Contents: 1 x knee support. Perfect sizing and really helped me.

I had planned a 15 k hike on rough ground and my arthritic knee had been very painful for some weeks prior. I had tried a one size fits all support but I found it heavy, useless and too big.
