Recommended by my dentist
After going to the dentist I was advised that the majority of my issues with my teeth was almost all directly related to having dry mouth. I have severe dry mouth due mainly to medications and health issues. The previous dentist pushed Biotene, so I went for their lozenges since I almost always need something to help so I usually carry water with me constantly. I got the Biotene and it made things SO much worse. When I went to my new dentist I advised him of the situation and he gave me printed information on this product. He told me to put one under my tongue and kinda just let the salivary glands do the work from there. They are a little tart at first, but worked amazingly. Now I just carry these with me along with my water out of habit. They work great. Highly recommend.

Disappointing result but I'll continue to use the product.
Did not solve the dry mouth problem as effectively as other lozenges even though if came Dentist- Recommended. Also, it took a long time to arrive.

Can't be without! Perfect anytime for chronic or sudden dry mouth issues.
So far the best little lozenges for producing saliva! Medications & allergies leave a mouth extremely dry where even speaking can be difficult, never mind the bad breath or accelerated tooth decay. These are easy to pop in your purse or pocket, or keep by the bedside table for use anytime. Additionally, xylitol is great for promoting healthy teeth and is a natural sweetener.

Bad taste/Does NOT help
There are so many more superior products for dry mouth. This was the worst. It made my mouth dryer and it tastes bitter.
