The right one is 86T3 plus same serial# As you see it's the model# that is the problem----Also I was told that this machine should be called "Professional" not "Commercial" even thought Commercial is what is on the manual So I was sent a link by Bissell Customer Care to enter my numbers and tah, duh--------NONE OF THEM WORKED!!! so here I am in limbo again not knowing if mine is registered for an only 1-year warranty!!!
