It’s even better in person. Unfortunately, the little button that lets you switch between shower mode and stream is defective, so now it is always stuck on shower mode. I contacted the seller because they have a 5 year warranty, but they have been unresponsive. I had to take a way a few stars bc of the customer service and defective piece.UPDATE 2/26: Customer Service reached out to me and has been amazing. We received a new head that functioned properly, but it appeared to be missing a gasket so the spray was quite strong. I contacted them again and they found another gasket and another, brand new, head which they had shipped to me. They sent emails to keep me updated along the way! Like I said in the original review, we really do love how it looks. I added a picture for scale.
