What's with all the bad reviews?
I almost didn't buy this thing because of all the bad reviews. I am glad I didn't listen to them. It works great. I have used it for two full days now and I'm very impressed with is. The sticky pads do stick very well, I assume that people who are having it problems with it not sticking are either not using the included alcohol pads to clean their skin, not washing the pads between uses, or are working out with the thing on and causing it to come off from sweat. I think the design is very well executed. The device is a Bluetooth-connected accelerometer with a vibration motor and a rechargeable battery. You can control with the app which angle and how many seconds to vibrate. And their are 3 profile options. So you can, for example make a profile that causes the device to vibrate if the device is at a 10 degree from vertical for more than 5 seconds; and another profile that vibrates at 15 degrees after 8 seconds. Then you can quickly toggle between them in the app when you want. The app also lets you turn off vibration and only track your slouching, which makes you a colorful timeline of your slouches. Even though in that mode, the device won't vibrate, the phone still will notify you if you have been slouching for more than 15 minutes. But that can be disabled if you want. I haven't had any trouble feeling the vibrations. It continues to vibrate for about 15 seconds when you are slouching before giving up. And the pattern can be changed to help get your attention. Maybe the people who can't feel it vibrate are not placing it in the right place? But placement isn't hard. But, once you place it, you are suppose to sit up as strait as possible and then click calibrate on the app. That allows the device to have the reference point it needs to know when you are slouching. It's obviously very important to do this after each placement, otherwise it won't know exactly which way is up, since each placement might be different. I think any reviews about it not detecting slouches correctly are because they skipped this important step, or were not sitting up perfectly when calibrating. It's very sensitive and accurate, the ability to fine tune it and save those adjustments to the three profiles are just icing on the cake. I think a lot of these one star reviews are from people who just don't understand how to use the thing. Once you do, it works really really well. The battery did not get low despite using it for more than 12 hours. I can't see anything wrong with this neat little device.

Great, great product
This is one of those products that works so well. My posture has improved exponetially. I had my doubts about sticking something to my back, but it truly is no big deal, it is so comfortable I forget it's on until my posture goes South. Here's a TIP: use a note on the shower door to remind you to take it off. I have showered with mine accidentally several times and thank goodness it was fine. Another precaution you may want to use is to wear your undershirt tucked in just in case it should fall off. Which mine never has. Also the adhesives last a lot longer than I thought, I get 7 days or so per strip. This is truly a great product. Worth every nickel.

If you are meticulous to keep track of it, you're meticulous enough to fix your posture without it
I am not a stupid person. I am also tidy, and I keep my house straightened and organized. I lost it within 3 days. Fell off without me realizing it, and I can't find it. No clue where it is. Dogs got it and took it outside? Maybe. Looked all through backyard, can't find it. Fell off when taking the trash out and some neighborhood stray cat or dog carried away, meaning I can't find it in the front yard? Maybe. It's not like I hiked 6 miles with it, or went swimming with it, or went parachuting. The tape they give is pathetic. Reach for something, it falls off. Squat down to do something normal, tie your shoes, loosens. I doubt I'd get a refund, technically it's human error that can be attributed to its disappearance, but let's be practical: It is a tiny, tiny thing that sticks to your body with tape. If it was strapped on like a Fitbit, it would work better. I can keep track of any number of electronic devices: Fitbit, phone, Bluetooth headsets, cash, cards...this thing is tiny and can easily fall off and disappear. So, if you are the type of person that will be consciously aware you're wearing the upright Go at all times to ensure you never do anything to jostle it from your back/neck, then you're the type of person that can be consciously aware of your posture as is. If you know you have the occasional bout of distraction, busyness, move from one room to the next, pick up things, don't get this. You'll lose it in a week.

It’s individual may work may not depend
I’m posting this review after cca 15days of wearing this little thing. First of all power of vibration is good you can feel it and everything is adjustable in settings in app, device is okay you meed to play a lot with calibration to make it work how it suppose to work, only thing I don’t like it is when you drive on every breaking turnig it starts vibrating because I assume it work on gyroscope system so every change of inertion force he registers like bend back, all in all I return it Im working as mechanic and I don’t think it’s durable enough for everday wearing especially at my work, in car too because I already say why,it’s okay but it can be better for sure

Needs tweaking
The adhesive worked great for me. One pad lasted 4 days of taking on and off for shower and sleep. However, it kept disconnecting from the app. After 2 times having to troubleshoot with customer service (who were fast and helpful, via chat) in less than a week, I decided to return. It's only worthwhile if it's convenient. The posture sensing worked well for be and I could easily feel the vibration

Buzz buzz, sit up straight!
I bought this my senior year of college to help work on my posture before interview season and it worked pretty great! I didn’t always follow the instructions, sometimes I’d wear it all day and to my classes and stuff. The only down side was when I would lean over to write notes, it would vibrate and I told my professor that it was a posture device and not my phone, but it became frustrating and I turned it off, so maybe don’t wear it to class? It did help my posture out a ton, and in exchange I looked more confident and kind of felt more confident since I wasn’t self conscious about my posture in my interviews!

works great, has already made me more aware of (& correct) posture; app provides great info!
As I sit here trying to write this review, my back is all abuzz...I'm obviously not sitting up straight! That's the Upright GO at work! What a cool idea...I've been wearing this off and on for about a week, and I find even when I'm not wearing it, I'm self-correcting my posture. Started use after chiropractor diagnosed and treated for thoracic outlet syndrome with exercises to improve posture. It was either this or those posture bra-type things. Very glad I chose this product. As for adhesives, they're not 100% but work pretty well, Truth, I'm not 100% either (don't always use the alcohol prep wipe provided.)

pointless
Honestly I was excited about this. I work from home in my kitchen and am pretty much all the time doing tasks that involve bending, stirring, etc. It is impossible to use this and work even after resetting the timing etc. Basically it's great if you stand all day not doing tasks (not sure who that would be). You definitely can not use this seated in front of a computer. I returned it after using a couple days. It was incredibly annoying. I could only use the training when I wasn't working which defeats the purpose of the training.
