It’s all about consistency you can get results from a this quicker but I suggest being on a them for at least 3 months if your nails are terrible.

I saw no difference taking these pills. Also I wish I had noticed before purchase these pills are huge. I choke on them a few time.

I’ve been using it for 3 weeks now, and while it’s too soon to see new growth (supposed to use it for 3 months before seeing results), my hair has stopped coming out in handfuls, it seems to be back to normal amounts. I couldn’t be more grateful and hopeful.

I need a boost to help my ongoing and seasonal hair loss. This product has been the best I have found that helps. It doesn't break the bank and I take the combination of pills once a day. I still have hair loss but it has slowed, I believe as a result of Vitabiotics
